Arrived on time, performed a series of diagonostics on my computer and detected issues others had been unable to find.

I called Steve who said he would fix my computer for a fixed price of $139. He came over to my home immediately and worked on my computer and took my computer to his home to work on it some more. He returned the computer after removing the virus, installing additional spy ware without having to lose any programs or data. He was so excellent and knowledgeable that we asked him to also look at an older computer in our home which hadn't been working for two years. He got it up and running.

It went very well.

Steve is a great guy and enjoys his work. I sat and chatted with him while the programs were running and he was a great source of information about computers. He discussed the pros and cons of different types of computers and programs, information that one can't get out of a store sales person. I learned a lot from Steve.

He was very informative and didn't try to oversell us anything. I had no idea what the problem was and he did a great job in getting it powered up and running in less than a half hour. I would definitely hire him again if I have a computer problem. He was great at helping me to better understand my computer while he was fixing it.

Steve arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem (the anti-virus program was interfering with the start up process), removed the anti-virus program, checked for viruses and got the system up and running again. Steve also gave us professional advice about upgrading our family's desk top computer.

Steve called me the day after I requested a call on Angie's List. I was surprised as that was a Sunday. He made an appointment to come to my house on the following Tuesday to check out the computer. He was able to diagnose the problem, get the computer running well enough until he could come back to replace the hard drive. He explains things well, and is very professional. I'll definitely use Steve next time and will refer him to friends, family, and clients.

They did good work and fixed the problem. Spent a lot of time and did not exceed his estimate. I am happy with his work.

My PC was in real trouble. I couldn't sync Outlook with anything (my CRM, my PDA). Steve came over. Looked through everything including my registry. Helped me create a new Outlook pst file. I'm pretty good with a computer. I have a degree in computer science and I worked in hi-tech for 10 years. I could not have done what Steve did. And he did it for a flat fee. Steve's a hidden treasure. Get him while you can.

I knew it would not be an easy problem to fix and it wasn't. Steve went right to work and wasted no time telling me the 'good' news and the 'bad' news. My computer was indeed dead and I may not be able to retrieve my last year's tax info. He had to take my computer home to test some other parts and was back, as promised, the next morning, right on time! He had another solution to my problem of getting my tax information and I'll be trying it on Monday with the help of MS support. Say a prayer on that one! Steve told me to phone him with any problems and/or solutions. He promised to come back if I needed any more help. I really appreciate his hard work, knowledge and honesty and will call on him again for any work and recommend Steve to friends and neighbors.

We would use his company again and would highly recommend him to others.
