Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets, and there were some stains, which were no problem for them. They were very professional, and it took hardly any time at all.

Description of Work: For the deal I purchased, the company sent only one cleaner at first to do a whole house, detailed cleaning although the company promised two cleaners for four hours, a total of 8 human hours.. The first cleaner (Gail) spoke very little English, though she was very pleasant and cooperative.. The second cleaner (Galina) finally arrived three hours late, and complained miserably in broken English that the one room she got to clean was too messy, that it wasn't her job to do it. It's true the second cleaner got to deal with a cluttered toy room but her people skills were awful and I didn't appreciate her attitude. We ended up hiring the first cleaner (Gail) who was nice, cooperative but difficult to communicate with. She came every other week for about 4 hours each time, sometimes less. The price was $150 each timer. The cleaner did a fairly good job at first but it was difficult to give her specific instructions such as not to use water on the wood flooring. The first time she complied. The second time she forgot and used water. This scenario repeated itself over and over. Cleaning windows was supposed to be included but was usually left to the last minute so most of the windows were not cleaned each visit. Loading the dishwasher was definitely not Gail's forte as she often stacked plates and bowls on top of each other, resulting in many dishes not getting cleaned. Frustrating. And pricey for not getting exactly what we wanted.

Description of Work: I called to have my house cleaned. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home and there are NO children or pets living here. The "manager" Paul quoted me a price of $165.00 for the initial cleaning and $135.00 for cleanings every 2 - 4 weeks thereafter. I wrote the information down, including the price on a note pad next to my desk. I didn't 'think anything about the price except that it was a bit more expensive than my daughter's house cleaners charge in Boulder, Colorado that came to her house to clean for the first time 4 weeks ago and cleaned for $130.00 (full price - not a coupon discount). They have two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and have 2 cats and 1 dog. Anyway, the cleaning crew came to my house on time and did a good job. What surprised me was the fee of $365.00 that they wanted to charge me after 4.5 hours work. When I spoke with Paul about this price "surprise" he said that is the price he quoted me. I know I would not have used this company if I had heard $365.00 come out of his mouth. I am an auditor and work with numbers all day long. This is a complete price gouge. I will NEVER EVER consider using them again. I am so angry.
