+ -1 moreWe bought a home whose previous occupants had pets, and we noticed an odor throughout the house, even after removing the carpets. We called ServPro, and Brent came out to inspect our home. He spent significant time with my husband, going through the house with a black light to look for evidence of pet urine. Surprisingly, none was found, but he also noticed the odor, and that it seemed to be coming from the floor. He advised us to paint the floor with a shellac-based primer, which would seal the odors in. We were impressed with Brent's honesty and willingness to give us a recommendation that would solve our problem, even if he wasn't going to make any money from the process.
Description of Work: Brent inspected our home with black lighting for pet urine and provided a recommendation for how to get rid of the odor in our home.
