Description of Work: SDA Flooring installed two custom shower pans, tiled three showers, tiled the floor of four bathrooms, an entry and a fireplace hearth. Tile included porcelain, ceramic and natural stone in both large and small format and mosaics. | |SDA flooring was able to fit us in promptly between some of their larger jobs which worked very well for us. They showed up on time every day. The crew was great. Andrew, the project manager was sure to check with us on every detail and everything was installed exactly as we wanted. The tile setters were meticulous and the everything looks great.

+ -1 moreNeeded to pick out some bathroom tile fast. Needed it on hand to see it in person, and in stock for immediate placement. They had a pretty good selection to choose from, at cheaper rates than higher end custom tile places. Not all styles were in stock, but luckily found a nice dark gray porcelain tile from Italy that ended up looking great.

+ 1 moreI learned of SDA Flooring off of Craig's List, where they had listed some floor and wall tile for sale. I visited their showroom in Bellevue and the selection of tile was exactly what I was looking for, at prices that met or beat anything I had seen in the months of research I had done. I purchased (7) different types of tile for my project (two bathrooms) and was very pleased with the quality of the materials and their excellent service. I later called them for an estimate to install the tile after I received two other bids. The estimator was experienced, professional and provided a quote the next day, which tied with the lowest bid. I had more confidence in SDA to do a good job on these difficult projects than the others, even though I had good recommendations on the other two. I am very glad I went with SDA. The jobs were completed quickly and the quality is the best I have seen; I found nothing on the entire job that wasn't perfect, and I am a very demanding person. I would strongly recommend SDA Flooring for tile materials and installation.
Description of Work: 1)- Supplied tile products for residential work; floor, wall and decorative mosaic 2)- Completed installation of the tile on two major bath remodels, complete floor and floor to ceiling wall tiles.
