They were too busy to come install the screen so I decided to not go ahead with this company.

The screens are great and the installers were on time and did a great job. So far, we're happy with our new doors. These doors are pricey, but I thought it was worth given the unusually hot summer we're having. Also, these guys are super super busy now and it was hard to get an appointment, but once I got through to someone and got an appointment, everything has gone great so far.

It went great. Ricky came out and actually called ahead to see if it was ok to come a few minutes early. He got done early too but not because he was rushing. He went out of his way to point out screens I had missed to ask if I wanted to look at them and to tell me ways I could extend the life of the screens longer so I wouldnt need to replace them again so soon. He also told me how to wash them properly, which again will keep them in good shape longer. The work looks terrific.

The appointment was a pleasant experience. He was very professional and the work looks great! It took about two weeks to get them here, because they are a small business and inundated with work due to the heatwave. It was definately worth the wait. Hunter even removed his shoes while inside.

No details to provide. Cannot get a return phone call. If they could just call and say they cannot fit me in, I would be fine with that. Not returning a call is not good business. I do see their trucks around so wondering what is going on.

We built our home in 2008 and have many custom windows, none of which have screens. They are commercial aluminum windows push-out windows, and at first glance have no convenient way to install screens on them. After trying, and failing miserably, to make my own screens using hardware store materials, we called Screenman to help us. They came and assessed our windows, listened to our concerns that the screens be as unobtrusive as possible, and match the simple, clean lines of our modern house. We wanted as little hardware visible on the windows as possible, and no visual distractions on the screens (like the cut-outs that we thought would be necessary to accommodate our window handles). The guys were very resourceful and creative, and came up with a pressure-fitting design that allowed the screens to be pushed up against the top mullion, and then pushed into place to rest on the wood windowsills. We chose the "Clearview" screen material to preserve our views out of the windows. The finished screens are amazing! Just in time for the hottest June on record in Seattle, we had beautiful, strong, nearly-invisible screens on our windows to keep out the bugs. Now if they could get the neighbor's dog from barking in the mornings, we could sleep even better with the windows open now!

We are very impressed with Screenman. We called for an appointment and got a date about two weeks out. A few days later we were called and advise that they had a cancellation for the following day to see if we were interested. We agreed and made the appointment for 12:30PM the following day. They arrived exactly at 12:30PM that day. We took them room to room and they marked each screen so they knew where to replace them. They did all work onsite and were done in 1 1/2 hours. They are very efficient, professional and personable. We definitely recommend them.

The guys were very courteous and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. Great communication from the office to set up the appointment and then follow up with estimated arrival time. Their service truck is like a small work shop which allows them to build custom screens of all sizes right in your driveway. I would not hesitate to recommend Screenman.

they deserve the high ratings - from the initial call I made to scheduling, they called to remind me the day before, Scott showed up on time and proceeded to work on my screens. took less than 2 hrs and they were all done. Definitely recommend them.

It is easy to see why they have been rated so highly on Angie's List! I contacted them via their website on 4.15.2015 and they responded to me that evening with basic costs. I called them back the following day (Thursday) and they said they had an appointment available on Friday. The customer service rep, Nathalie, was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn't available for the install but my wife said the installer, Jose, was friendly and very professional. The screens look very good and they appear to be of good quality. Excellent experience across the board, very professional and very friendly! We will definitely contact them again in the future!

There was confusion about scheduling and I think it was on my end. Looking forward to service on my screens.

I called and and was given a quote and was promptly scheduled for the following week. They were on time to the appointment (actually a little early but that was fine), the job went quickly and efficiently. The guy was professional and polite. He got the job done in about an hour and a half for the quoted price. I would definitely use these guys again.

Scott called, and asked if he could show up early, and I said yes. He arrived and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased.

Scott was contacted through his assistant and she told me the approximate costs and said that he would show up to do the work on site. I made an appointment and Scott arrived on time and did more than expected. He was friendly and did a very good job. He kept the work area clean and removed any trash when he left. If I need screens again I will surely call Scott again.

WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME. VERY POLITE. IT TOOK ABOUT 4 HOURS AS PROMISED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I AM HAPPY WITH THE RESULT OF THE WORK FOR THE MOST PART. THERE WERE SOME THINGS I NOTICED IN THE DAYS AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE, THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY GOT BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY, APPOLOGIZED PROFUSELY AND SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. IT HAS TAKEN AWHILE TO GET THIS ARRANGED, BUT THAT IS MY FAULT...I'VE BEEN BUSY. LIST OF ISSUES: CLEAN UP WAS NOT COMPLETE, THEY SHOULD HAVE VACUUMED UP THE SCREEN FRAGMENTS LEFT ON THE DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALK. I SAW THEM GLISTENING IN THE SUN AND WENT OUT TO SWEEP THEM UP AS BEST I COULD. I HAD SOME SMALL CUTS FROM THEM. I'M CONCERNED THAT THE PEOPLE AND PETS WALKING BY MIGHT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED. SOME SCREENS HAVE AREAS WHERE THE SCREENS ARE BULGING A LITTLE BIT, AND THE CORNERS OF THE FRAMES DON'T QUITE FIT TOGETHER. LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING I WOULD PROBABLY DO IF I TRIED TO MAKE THEM MYSELF. SOME SCREEN TAB/HANDLES ARE FOLDING WHEN WINDOWS ARE CLOSED, (WHICH SHOULD NOT HAPPEN) AND IN ONE CASE WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT, THE WINDOW IS JAMMED FROM THE TAB/HANDLE THAT WILL NOT ALLOW THE WINDOW TO MOVE WITHOUT FORCING IT. THE SCREEN TAB/ HANDLES ARE NOT DESIGNED TO BE FOLDED AND I'M SURE THEY WILL END UP BREAKING OFF IF LEFT THIS WAY. INSTALLATION OF SLIDER SCREENS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED. THE SCREENS DON'T FIT SNUGLY WHEN CLOSED AND THE LOCKING HANDLE IS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, WITH THE TIP OF THE SCREW HOLDING THE LOCKING HANDLE PROTRUDING OUT WHERE IT MIGHT INJURE SOMEONE. GENERALLY, THE SLIDING SCREENS SEEM FLIMSY. MY REQUEST TO MAKE SURE ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE SECURELY CLOSED AND LOCKED WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE WAS FORGOTTEN, EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED THAT I'M NOT ABLE TO DO THAT BECAUSE OF THE STAIRS. WE HAVE AIR CONDITIONING . THIS IS A THREE STORY HOME. I LOCKED THE ONES ON THE MAIN FLOOR MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND DID THE REST OF HOUSE WHEN HE GOT HOME.

It went very well. Jose & Brian were great. They were very punctual and it took a lot less time than I expected.

It went very nice! They came out, measured for the screen door and then have to leave in order to make the screen door. Then they come back and install it. The whole process only took one week. I would absolutely use them again!

Worker was personable, with an eye for perfection, went to great lengths to be sure the job was done right and that we were happy. I definately would use Screenman again

Jose came early as I had had expected from other reviews. Great smile with an apology that he was early because traffic hadn't taken as long as he expected. I showed him all the windows and slider door and let him go to work. He first measured the windows then asked with samples which grade of screen I wanted. 3 choices were available; regular ( which came with the price), very fine, or pet grade. Since I am planning to sell this condo, I went with all regular grade. Jose the went to the truck for about 2 hours, and came back with all of them built. He first put the 3 regular windows in teaching me along the way about the springs he built on them and how to put them in. He then showed me the one he built from scratch for the window that pushes out. He taught me how he made it to fit and why he chose to make it this way, always concerned to not harm the house in any way. He also showed me how to remove it and put it back if need be. This is something I wish I had done years ago! The last one was the slider door on the deck, he had to remove all the things off of the deck to be able to lift the wood decking up to be able to remove the old damaged slider screen. He then proceeded to show me how to put the door on using a putty knife, explaining everything and why. One thing I learned is that because the door had 1/4 inch difference on each side, when I go to close the door it might rock a little when closing, but he adjusted it with the top and bottom screws to make it close well. I have two cats and didn't want this door left on so after explaining everything and making sure it was perfect, he took it off and helped me store it in the garage till the condo is sold. When finished he explained all the pricing, took my check and left with a smile. I will definitely use them again if I need them as well as refer them to anyone needing screens.

Scott and Phillip are the greatest! They did it all for us: we got a great new retractable screen installed, old screens re-screened, new ones where there were none before, broken ones replaced, and even recovered a bent screen that we thought was beyond repair. They even made other screens slide better...can't say enough good things about these guys!

The team showed up on time and were very thorough. They measured each window, gave suggestions for some solutions about what type of screen would work best and then went to work on building the screens! They did an outstanding job in every way. The only recommendation I have is on the ease of scheduling and timeliness of returning calls or messages. Because they are so busy, I needed to reach out several times before we connected, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, the outcome was excellent. I'm trying to schedule them for another round of screens on a different property as I type!
