Description of Work: I contacted Screenman and easily set up my appointment. Chris and Rich showed up a few minutes early, evaluated the situation, made some money saving suggestions and got right to work. Their premium screen material is almost invisible - nothing to spoil our new view! The job was finished half an hour earlier than estimated, the price was perfect and they completely cleaned up after themselves. If you need screens fixed or made make sure you call Screenman for a bid.

I found if I was willing to work with them and their schedule (being out of the service area) they went above and beyond with making my new patio door perfect and delivered with excellent customer service and professional skill. The price was higher than that of the box stores, but the job was done quickly and with a professional touch that was worth every penny. If I have future needs with screens and screen doors I will definitely call Screenman again. I would recommend Screenman for any of your service needs with screens, screen doors etc. Its painless. Description of Work: I recently moved into a townhouse and needed to replace the sliding aluminum patio screen door. It was an odd size but I couldn't find the correct fit at the big box stores even thought the price was reasonable. I called Screenman for help and they shared that I was out of their service area (Edmonds) but they could do the job on a "stand by" basis once they had other customer requests in the area. I was willing to wait and do the job right and it paid off. It took about a month from making the service request on the phone until the job was finished. I'm so glad I waited for Screenman to offer a date and time to complete the job of repairing my sliding door and window screen. Once the appt. was set, they called twice prior to confirm the appointment. On the day of service the technician called and asked to come early as his schedule was running early. Very professional. Jose was my Screenman repairman and he was awesome. Early to the job, communicated very well, upbeat, very nice guy and very professional. He guided me on the replacement, cleaning, and any future repair if needed with the screens. He also repaired a window screen in minutes back to new with a new mesh screen.

+ -1 moreAll’s well that ends well. Hunter was just here. He was able to repair the track rather than replace it, and we were spared the expense of having to install a new screen slider. While it took a few weeks to get this appointment during the peak season, we could not be happier with the final result and the A-plus service we received. I cannot say enough nice things about Hunter. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely adept. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and completed the repair in a very timely manner. He is our hands-down nominee for Screenman Employee of the Year! I also want to commend Liz and Nathalie for the way they responded to my multiple questions. Your kind demeanor, responsiveness and customer focus make you excellent representatives of your company. I really appreciated the way they dealt with me at every stage of the process. We give Screenman the highest possible rating without hesitation.

+ -1 moreJose and his coworker were great! They showed up exactly on the dot at the scheduled time. They were very courteous and answered any questions before taking the necessary measurements. The retractable screens are pricey but Screenman had the best price since we had 9 foot ceilings and can retract out of sight compared to sliding screen doors. The installion took about 2 hours since they precisely measure the tracks and cut them on site in their mobile shop. Great, sincere costumer service provided by Jose.

I cannot say enough about these two young men- their professionalism, courtesy, and communication went beyond expectation. Every aspect of their work was EXCELLENT! Scott and Richard took the time to explain what was being done every step of the way and answer all questions. As a courtesy they even repaired an existing screen and went out of their way to help with another issue. The work took most of the day- as advised in a prior visit for a work estimate- and the screens were actually made in their mobile unit on site (having taken measurements earlier). Phantom screens are expensive wherever purchased, but the cost was worth the quality of the final result. Now we can now open all exterior doors this summer! I highly recommend this business for their professionalism and overall result, and especially the two installers Scott and Richard, who made the project a breeze and were a delight o work with. AAA+++

My original quote was $327 and I paid about $175 less. My total with tax was about $152.00. They were nice people, efficient and, obviously, very ethical.
