Description of Work: They replaced a screen that was missing for a window and they also placed new mesh in a screen frame. The brand new screen they delivered was great, but the new mesh they placed in the other screen frame was done very poorly. While they replaced the mesh, they broke the frame of the screen. The installer placed the screen back in the window without letting me know that the frame was now broken. I just discovered it last week when I went to open my windows during one of the nice Spring days. I called Screenman and explained the situation. Fortunately, they came back out at no charge and repaired the broken screen.

Description of Work: They installed a Phantom Legacy screen door and rescreened a screen window. I was very impressed with their work putting a door in a tight place. Would use them again, definitely. (I had some difficulty with the latch later, and they sent someone over to get it working again; he was also very professional.)

Description of Work: Fully replaced a screen with a cracked frame, replaced a patio and window screen with new pet resistant screens, and replaced a small crank window screen. | |I scheduled an appointment via phone and received an on the spot quote/estimate based on the items I specified. The employee arrived about a half hour early for the appointment after calling to confirm, which worked great for me. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he did a great job of accommodating my last minute addition of an additional window. He did all the work on site very efficiently despite a bit of unplanned chaos on my side. | |All and all great service and I'm very satisfied with the work and the quality of the screens. It probably wasn't the cheapest possible option but definitely a very good value considering the overall experience!

Description of Work: We asked Screenman to come and replace two sliding screen doors. One was due to a screen door that we couldn't get to slide properly after several attempts to fix ourselves, so we figured we would just replace it since we use it so much. | |While we said we wanted to replace it with a new one, Screenman had a look at the old one and made some adjustments and got it sliding just fine. He then replaced the other slider with a new one. | |We were very impressed that Streetman repaired our existing door proactively and saved us $189 on a new one. The repaired screen is still working very well, as is the new one that was put on. | |We are very happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
