The service was quick, efficient and very cost effective. I had investigated making the repairs myself by buying the supplies and tools at a home improvement store. It would have taken me far longer (due to inexperience) and cost me more if I had done it myself. I am delighted. The technician parked his truck outside my house and repaired the screens in less than 1 hour total. In addition, he built a completely new frame for one of the screens.

I have already submitted a detailed report. In my report, I indicated that I loved their service and would use them again but I suggested that they make their service charge clearer. It was a $49 service charge in addition to the per screen fee. Once Screenman found that I had made a small complaint, he immediately refunded by $49 plus the tax. What a service! More reason to trust them.

Very easy to schedule. The appointment was made for a week later. Arrived early, and completed all the work in less than an hour. We are very happy with the work done.

They returned my call promptly; we played telephone tag for a couple of days. Finally I left a detailed message on the work I was looking for; they never called me back. I guess therefore they don't perform that specific service, but it would have been appreciated if they'd left me a voice mail to let me know.

Quick, courteous, competent, professional and friendly. Matt gave me several options to consider which I appreciated.

Scott and Jennifer came out to the house. They even showed up an hour early. We did an inventory together, they took the screens in question out to their truck, did the repair work within about 1.5 hours, and replaced the screens. They are very professional and I would highly recommend that you consider using them.

We had bought pet-proof screening for our windows and then found we did not have the expertise to install it in our existing frames. I called them to find out if they could work with the materials we had already purchased. Chuck said they most likely could, they would look at it when they got here. We talked about the price for it. I scheduled them to come out a couple of weeks later. Two workers came when my husband was home and I was not here. They said we had bought a good quality screening material so decided to use it. He had no problems with the way they went about the work or the quality. However, he did not review the details of the estimate which I had written down for him. So he did not realize that the workers had spotted and corrected (upward) a mistake in the estimated cost. When I reviewed the billing statement later, I realized that we had been charged much more than I was expecting - the price was nearly double. So I called and left a voice mail describing what had happened, and asking what they would do to address the situation. The next morning, I received a phone call from Chuck. He apologized that his estimate had been in error but said they were going to honor it and explained what the adjusted cost would be. He also mentioned that there was an Angie's List coupon I could have used (I hadn't seen it) and that he would apply that 10% discount to my adjusted bill as well. Since we had already paid by credit card on the day of the service, he said they would send us a reimbursement check that day. The next day, I received the adjusted statement in the mail with a check and the coupon. They also included a price sheet for my reference, and I could see where the estimating mistake had been made. I thought that it was great that the issue was resolved with a single phone call by me and they took the situation completely in stride. So many times company reps carelessly make a customer feel that he is being a pain by raising an issue; that was not the case here. All the screens look great. I have no problems with the work that was done and would hire them again.

The whole process went extremely well. When I called the company to get information on pricing and how the process worked, the person I spoke to was very helpful. He explained how much it would cost and worked with my schedule when arranging a time for someone to come to the house and do the work. Matt, who came to the house to do the work, arrived on time and answered all my questions. He was very nice and did a great job.

I contacted Screenman via email and they called me the next day. We scheduled the repair for the following day. They did not communicate when they had arrived at the location since I was unable to be there, but they did call to tell me the work was completed. We were able to complete the transaction via telephone which was great for me.

They were fabulous! They were polite, eager to please, and did great quality work.

I did my homework on the Internet before calling Screenman, so I knew what product I wanted. And I had checked Angie's List to get the recommendation to call Screenman. I was pleased when Art was able to tell me the total price over the phone, so I scheduled them right away. They were able to come out the following week for the installation. Matt and Joe were clean, polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to do, did it efficiently and then showed me their work. They explained the mechanism to me and gave me my warranty. They worked quietly and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new retractable door and was very pleased with the whole experience.

He looked over all the screens I had, advising that some of them were fine, one needed only new screening, and set to work. All work done on site. He was hard-working; when faced with a door frame with which he was unfamiliar, he called and got the answer without delay.

Arrived on time. Two staff, Scott and Joe worked half a day measuring and fabricating and installing on site. Cost reflects complexity of windows requiring stand offs and doors within the screens to access window handles. Cost of job for conventional windows would have been less than half.

Excellent experience. Scheduling was simple and 2 man crew showed up exactly on time. They were efficient and friendly. The results are excellent especially the sliding door with a lock. I'd recommend them to anyone. I wish I could remember the guys names. :(

Very satisfied. Good communication; quick return of phone calls. Appointment set up quickly. Good explanation of services, including promise that if screens in question were not appropriate for re-screening, no charge would be due. On date of appointment--on time (in fact, early, with prior phone call)--replaced screens, fast work, amount charged was as stated. Would recommend and would hire again.

It went very well. He did the work very efficiently, and I am very happy with my new screen windows.

Very well. The screen was installed in 1968 and I thought it would have to be replaced, which would have cost much more. Nathun and Joe said that the screen replacement and latch replacement would solve the problem. Midway, the old plastic latch broke, so it took longer to find a metal replacement. They tried several solutions before finding the best one. They were polite, knowledgeable, careful and thorough. Being a mobile unit, they could switch the requested service on site with no problem.

1. Nathan and Joe did the work. They were great. Prompt, professional, warm, smart, problem-solvers. Mine wasn't a typical job as the doors were oddly sized but they were able to adapt well to situation and think on their feet in order to solve the issues I had. 2. On one door, they attempted to make the existing screen door work, though it wasn't a perfect fit, as I was hoping to save money if at all possible. Due to their great efforts, if the existing screen door doesn't work out, I will be more than happy to pay for an install of one of their new custom cut and custom fit doors. 3. I have two homes and will not hesitate using Screenman for all of my future screen needs in either one. I'm very impressed with them and Nathan and Joes refreshing can-do attitude.

We recently purchased a home that was missing three window screens and the sliding glass door screen. I telephoned Screenman on a Monday and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday. Matt came out and started to work right away. He took measurements of all the openings. He set to work on the screen door first and that seemed to take the most time. He was able to match the almond color frame of the windows and the white frame of the door. The original appointment was for 9:30 a.m., and Matt called at 9 a.m. to let me know he would be a bit later, approximately 10 a.m. He arrived when he said he would, at 10 a.m. The whole procedure took approximately two hours. And the screens and screen door look great!

They called ahead to say they would be a little late. The job went beautifully. The finished job looks great. I would hire them again. They were polite and friendly.

I called about 5 times for a bid and he never returned my call.

The price was exactly as they quoted, they arrived on time, and he had to design part of the screen door in order for it to fit on the existing track.

An extremely pleasant service experience. Nice individuals came to the door, were very informative, nice appearing. The low cost was a nice surprise. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I was tight on time and he got his man here to fit in my time. They get the job done in 1/2 hr.

I HAD SEEN THEIR TRUCK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND FOUND THEM TO BE A PERFECT FIT FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND COMPLETE THE JOB ON-SITE ON THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
