With so many screens it was easiets to measure one day and fab in their shop and install about 10 days later. It all went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier.

They were great. They came to my house and built and installed them in an afternoon while I was there. They were able to trouble shoot them without having it take too long. I told them what I thought I needed over the phone. When they came they walked through the house with me and told me what key differences I thought I needed versus what they could actually do. It was good.

A perfect experience. They were on time, did the work exactly to the estimate, worked around all the kid- and painter-induced chaos in our house, matched existing screens where necessary, and repaired one broken existing screen gratis. Scott & Dillon did a great job. Had to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule but we were not in a hurry so this was not a big deal. Highly recommended.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had a narrow scope of work and they did the work well. They were pleasant to work with. The price was fair.

This experience with Screenman was great. Scott came to the house with a company "workshop" on wheels. He was on time, polite, professional and knowledgable. He built 9 custom screens in the van and installed them. The quality of the screens is great and I would use this company again.

The service man was extremely helpful and efficient. He put in special screen that would prevent the "critters" from damaging our screen door again.

I called to get an estimate for retractable screen doors. We set up an appointment 2 weeks out for a definitive estimate and measurements and made a second appointment for the install. The workman called on the appointed day to see if he could come earlier as he had a cancellation. I revised my order somewhat after seeing some of the choices and colors firsthand as opposed to telephone descriptions. We agreed on details and I paid half as I special ordered some items which had to be cut in the factory. As the workman left he told me the install date might not work as the items had to come from the factory. when the install date arrived we received a call saying the items would arrive on that date, but the install would need to be pushed out several hours. Two teams came to our house to install the doors so everything got done on the original install date. The doors look great and I am eagerly awaiting some warm weather so I can throw open my doors and use only screen doors. All in all it was a very smooth process.

Talk about a good experience! First of all, everyone at Screenman was great in making the appointment to accommodate my work schedule, and they called on the day as a reminder of my appointment. They also called me to update me on their timing (they actually were able to come a bit earlier, which was great.) Once there, they were mindful of my carpet and did all the work in their van so there was no mess at all in my house. They showed me the easiest way to get my screens on and off (so I wouldn't bend the frames again!) and all in all were courteous and efficient. To top it all off, I couldn't find my coupon for the Angie's List discount but they gave it to me anyway. I definitely would recommend Screenman, and would use them again.

Estimates are available on their website. They were prompt and courteous upon arrival. Rescreened all the screens that needed rescreening and pointed out screens that could be cleaned and showed me how to do it. Only took about 2.5 hours. Came back out to install a screen for a sliding glass door that they didn't have on their truck with no extra charge. Great experience.

The work was excellent. Our patio slider is not squared at all and with finesse they created a screen slider that works! It was wonderful.

What a great experience!!! I had been messing with these screens for almost a year with absolutely NO understanding of what went where and how to get them to stay there if I could figure out where they went! The company's wonderful owner told me that it was unlikely that I would have a basement full of screens that wouldn't fit somewhere (which was reassuring as it is a large home with wicket screens and the fewer I needed to make the less costly it was likely to be!) We made an appointment for the following Tuesday for which the technichian (Davin - a real jewel) arrived promptly. Davin got all of the screens out of my basement and started measuring screens and windows. He was able to match up all of the wicket screens with the windows. I got busy and got the gunk off the screens while he made screens for the 3 regular and one wicket screen that I wanted to place immediately as well as drilling a couple of holes for the hardware to hold the wicket screens in place that somehow weren't there previously. Yippee! Now when I get a warm day, I can open the windows without being invaded by bugs (BIG YUCK!) He was clean, fast, helpful and did his job! In fact, he got extra points for 1) picking up a giant bee from my dining room floor with a cup I gave him and putting it outside (to say that I am particularly freaked out about stinging bugs is an understatement!!!) Thank you again, Davin! Additionally, he was really kind with regard to my dogs. My grandpuppy is AFRAID of people wearing hats (not just strangers, she's scared of us when we wear hats too). I told Davin that I would appreciate his leaving his cap outside so that she would just do the normal greeting barking and not be afraid. He took off his hat and she reacted to him peacefully. The other dogs thought he was great too, but they would have liked him whether or not he was wearing a hat!! The screens he made were perfect. The overall experience was a joy! I would NEVER use anyone else to work on my screens!!!

They were prompt, professional, friendly, informative, quick, true to their estimate, and tidy. I look forward to using my new screen doors this summer.

He was excellent. He did excactly what he said he would do and showed up exactly when he said he would. He even replaced some extra screens when I decided I wanted to have them done, and even with the addition our final price was within $10 or $20 of his original estimate. You cannot beat that type of service. I was very happy with him and would absolutely use him again.

It went very well. The person called me and said he was on I-405 and would be a few minutes late. He was only 10 minutes behind. He did a professional job and was very organized.

Scott came to my house today. He arrived punctually and was very professional. All the screens were installed in a matter of 2 hours and done very well. Scott even said that my windows were not square and the job was harder than normal. I would highly recommend this company. The rates were reasonable too. Scott did an awesome job and was a great guy to work with.

Fast, efficient, courteous installation.

They came out very promptly, were very friendly, and although they didn't have 2 pieces needed for one of the windows, made a special trip out 2 days later to fit it exactly. Very accommodating, GREAT product, great service. They came in, measured all the windows (more than I originally thought I wanted, and they didn't mind!), and then made the custom screens on site in their truck. Product is high quality, and service was fantastic. I would definitely use them again!

The installation guys called to tell me they were running early, which was fine. They did a good job on the door, it looks great. I had asked them if they needed to leave the door open and they said no. So I asked them to please be careful about it as I have a cat who is not allowed outside (she's been declawed). When I came back to the kitchen the door was wide open and they were working on the door to the family room (about 40 feet away). The cat was close, but had not yet escaped. So I scooped her up and confined her in an upstairs bathroom for the duration. I was not too happy about that, since it was a relatively simple request. The door from the family room to the outside has a raised threshold which apparently presented a problem. They ended up not being able to install the screen on that door, instead telling me that it would have to be a custom installation which would be $80 more. I am very happy with the screen they did install, but those two issues were a bit disappointing.

They were running late because of a flat tire on the highway, but kept in close touch and arrived with extra workers to get the job done quickly. The team was quite efficient. They quickly took measurements, then went down to their truck to build the screens. A short time later, they came up with perfectly constructed screens and installed them. We are VERY happy with our new screens. They are high quality and the material is nearly as transparent as the window, so they don't obstruct the view. I appreciate the fact that it was all done in one appointment. They gave an extra discount for our patience.

The appointment was for 10AM and because another job proved to be very lengthy, the workers didn't get here until about 6:30PM, however, they called and let me know that they were going to be late. The men got here, removed the screens and took them to their truck. They were back in about 15-20 minutes with all four of the screens repaired perfectly. They used that heavy, plastic screen, rather than metal, which I think I would have preferred, but then I didn't bring that up when we discussed the repair work. In any case, the men were very professional, and fast. The screens look great. They gave me an extra discount on top of the Angie's List discount, since they were so late.

I am a very busy professional and decided to work from home in order to be available for the 10:00 am appointed time. I was so impressed that I received a few minutes after 10:00 am informing me that the workman would be delayed by about 15 minutes. Art arrived just a few minutes later. Art not only made the frame in the exactly correct size, he took the time remove the obsolete clips and showed me how to install the screen. Since I did not ask for sun screening when I scheduled the apppointment, it was not available on the truck. The correct screen was waiting for me, as promised, when I arrived home the following day. Thanks to Art's instructions, I was able to install the screen myself. Many, many thanks!

The screen technician arrived on time. He was very respectful of our house while he measured the windows. He took his shoes off when he entered the house, did all the measurements, then went to the truck to make the screens. His work was excellent. He made the screens in a reasonable amount of time and installed each one. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were superb! They had all the supplies they needed on the truck. Their prices were reasonable for the work that they did. I was thoroughly pleased with their work and they were very professional.

If I could give this company an A+, I would! They were here on time. Went right to the source, did the job and reported in at end of job. How I wish all companies had such stellar customer service. Thank you.

They were willing to come on a Saturday which was extremely convenient for me since I was already working on-site. I really appreciated that!! The only problem was a miscommunication from dispatch. The guys who showed up didn't know that I also needed screen door work, so they didn't have the right tools. But, they didn't charge me a second service call fee when they came by a couple days later to finish the door. They gave me a 10% discount since I had the Angie's List coupon which made the price better. The guys who did the work were friendly and professional, and the screens look great. They also saved me some money by not insisting I have new sliding doors made, they did a wonderful job reusing the frames I had. I would use them again.
