Overall, it was a very good experience. The ladies that I spoke to initially on the phone were very helpful and professional. They arranged a service date two weeks out, and the installers came right on time. The installers were very pleasant and professional. My new retractable screen looks great and works great.

Overall, the screening replacement job went very well indeed. The company tech came promptly, (within a week of our call) and did the repair job on-site. As with the original door installation, this repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. I can recommend this company.

Would i use them again? sure but that may mean the stuff didn't work. Quickly done, professionally done. Very decent gentleman came out and got it done. All i am after is simple and should be uncomplicated. It is for them 1. accurate estimate 2. show up when you say 3. do quality work 4. leave the place clean they did this and with a positive friendly manner. a bonus for me.

Scott & Scott did a great job. Both were cordial and knowledgeable. The job was quickly located and completed with a smile. They even went beyond the basic screen repair. After the sliding screen was remounted, they made sure that it was level and lubricated. Additionally, they added a latch to make the lock useable! I only marked them down slightly (really should be A-) because the arrived 30 minutes early with no call in advance. Had I not been here, they would have had to wait. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Very pleased with work. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work in less than one hour. Since there is a service call fee, it is best to have multiple screens done in one visit. Would definitely use them again.

Came on time as scheduled. (Actually the company called ahead to say they were running 15 minutes late.) The technician (Art) was professional, polite, careful, and just generally a nice guy. After taking the measurements, he built the door on-site in his truck. The job took less than an hour and the finished product looks great. Good work.

Although the two representatives from Screenman, Inc. were running late, they called two hours before the scheduled appointment to inform me they would be late and to find out if it was still OK to stop by to fix the screen on my patio sliding door a few hours later than scheduled. Once they arrived, they were polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. Even though my large sliding door is built-in (cannot be removed), they still managed to replace the screen in less than 30 minutes. I was extremely happy with their work and level of service.

I was totally satisfied with the company's professional, friendly service. Rhonda in the office answered my call and gave me clear information on likely costs of the screens. She was courteous with scheduling a time that worked for me. Mark arrived punctually at our home and clarified costs which were quite reasonable. He wasted no time and was totally self contained in his truck workshop out in the driveway. It was a good experience all the way around. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Installer arrived on time. Estimate was accurate. Price was reasonable. Installer was knowledgeable, fast and kind to our recently rescued dog. The screens still look great 2 years later. Honest, reliable people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Art came out to my house on time, and looking over the house he gave me a quote that matched the number I'd received over the phone. Fixed cost for traditional screens (of any size) and fixed cost for wicketed screens for the folding windows. Most of the screens he made in his truck to the exact measurements, but I gave incorrect information over the phone about my windows (I misunderstood a question) so Art didn't have all the parts with him (I said the windows were white, so he brought white parts, but the windows were actually silver, so he had to come back the next day) I had to go out for an errand in the middle of the day, but when he arrived and I wasn't there, he stayed to wait instead of leaving a note and taking off. Very considerate. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, professional, great to deal with and very fast. Brendan did excellent job building and installing 11 new window screens in less than hour and a half. I am very happy with results!

Scott and David came to my lake side home on time and ready to go to work. In less than 3 hours they had fabricated from scratch and installed 11 new window screens and one retractable screen door. I am VERY pleased with the quality and construction of the screens and with the job that they did for me. I would (and will!) recommend their company to everyone who needs this service.

I scheduled screen repair two weeks out when the day before he was to come out, he called to advise me that I was not in his service area despite what it said on the website. Very annoying. Now need to find someone else to do the screen repair. How could he not know for two weeks that I was oustide his service area.

These guys were easy to deal with and very professional. When I called I was given an approximate price over the phone for my list of repairs and replacements needed. The job came in at the estimated price. No surprises, no extra charges. It was such an easy way to get good work done and I loved that they billed me since this was done on my rental house.

Excellent! Scott was just super - constructed a new sliding screen door for a very odd size/type of track. Saw a tear in one of our window screens - and repaired at no charge! Great work, efficient and freindly! Would definitely hire again!

It went exactly as planned. He was reliable and punctual. I am glad he (and not I) did the screen measurements, because there were some minor variances from window to window.

They did an excellent job and the person that answers the phone is very nice and professional. They did a great job at a great price. I spent $254 approximately for each window. If I ever needed this type of work done again, I would not hesitate to call them.

The technicians arrived promptly. They looked at each screen with me and recommended which screens should be replaced. They even showed what to look for as far as wear and tear so I could make an informed decision about whether or not I needed to replace screens.

So he came at 10 am and it took about 1 hours to make the screens and install them. He did it all in his truck parked out on the street. No mess or noise in my house. Excellent friendly service. It costs exactly what the estimate was that they gave me over the phone.
