Although 20 or so minutes late for the appointment, I have no complaint there, as Nathalie called 30" prior to the appointment time to let me know of the delay. Jose was the installer. Big points to him for all he did! The apartment building windows proved to be a bit challenging to find the right configuration so the screens could not only be installed but also hold a tight seal (there are no screens supplied by the apartment complex here). I was so impressed that Screenman allowed him to spend so much time and effort on figuring it out, for Jose did indeed find a solution and the screens are beautiful and very functional! I am so thrilled! Jose was very professional, considerate, and upbeat despite the challenge of the job. The Bettervue screens are really nice to have. They are quite transparent compared to regular screens once installed.

We needed two screen doors replaced (over zealous kitties) to close out our condo. Great service - was in and out very quickly and job was of excellent quality. Would recommend again!

The crew called in advance and asked if they could show up earlier than scheduled. Showed up an hour and a half early. Did quick, efficient work. Even cleaned out years of gunk from door tracks to ensure that the newly repaired doors worked better than before. Overall, they were great.

After he took measurements, and told me the options for our oddly shaped door/window, which were few, he went to his truck and custom build a screen. It definitely serves the purpose (keeps the bugs out and keeps the cat in), but every time we want to close the door, we have to completely remove the screen. However, I really think this was the only option, given the strange shape and type of door. But it's a pain in the butt to take it out every time.

This company is amazing. Scott and Doug arrived,we gave them a tour and they explained the screening process. These guy's went to work and were able to use all of the original screen frames,saving us money. Scott and Doug completed the work quickly and efficiently. We are so happy with our new screens,can't imagine how long this project would have taken us to complete ourselves.

I have a large house (3 floors including daylight basement) and needed screens to bring in fresh air and cool down the place in the spring/summer without letting in pesky bugs. Screenman was prompt. Called morning of wanting to know if I wanted to move my appointment up earlier, when I said I had an appointment they said no problem, we will see you at the original time we set. They came in, walked through the house and discussed options in the cases where there was one (I have several crank outs). They then completed the work so quietly I almost forgot they were there. They walked me though how to open/remove the screens at the end and 2 hours later, we were all done. The gentlemen that showed up were polite and professional and I would recommend ScreenMan to all my friends.

On the day of the appointment they called and came out an hour earlier than expected which was great. They put in two new screens in an upstairs bedroom that was broken from kid and cat damage. Then our sliding glass door screen had a hole in it and the door actually wasn't the right one the builder had put in one that was to big. So instead of putting in a new door they were able to cut the door down and rescreen it with pet grade mesh and it saved us quite a bit of money. I was really impressed because they were trying to save me money. They were such nice guys too. They worked really quickly and were done in no time. I am soooo happy with my repaired screens.

TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. From time when they were contacted, BTW the person handling the calls (Chris) was most professional and pleasant to speak with. She explained the process in detail and gave prices up front. Mark and Tony arrived ahead of schedule and were great to work with. We definitely will hire them again f needed, and of course will highly recommend them anytime.

It went very well! First off - they were EARLY. They called and asked if they could come an hour early! Second they were so quick in making the screens for the windows that I was again pleasantly surprised. The screen door took a little longer, but I think it was because my neighbor interrupted them asking about screens that she needed. (They ended up being able to help her after they finished our screen door). Otherwise I think they would've been in and out in an hour! Both window screens are made well and fit perfectly! The sliding door is also done well and is snug without sticking. It slides smoothly and the latch/lock works well. It is worth having the sliding screen door made custom rather than buying one from a box store (did that previously and it kept falling off the track). We originally requested two screen doors. Unfortunately one of out door frames is bent making it impossible for the door to get a good fit so that it would stay in the tracks. Now we know why that particular door kept falling off in the past! They explained this to us and recommended not trying to make a screen door that would probably fail just as the others had. I could see there was concern for company reputation regarding not wanting to deliver something that would have the potential of reflecting badly for them. However, they could have still made the screen - as we ordered - with the caveat that our frame was bent and still charged us for it to make the bucks. Reaching out to them via Angie's list was easy. Nathalie kept in constant contact with me regarding questions and setting up an appointment. Our neighbor lucked out in not having to wait - we had to wait approx. two weeks when we scheduled our appt. It is the start of warm weather season so that was understandable. Definitely would recommend Screenman, Inc as good value with great customer service.

The new screens are superb. We went for BetterVue mesh and it IS so much better than a regular one. It does look much more transparent and allows in significantly more air flow than the screens we had before. I liked the idea that Screenman make their screens right on site: they take measurements and then make the screens in their truck. The service was supposed to take 2-2.5 hours, but our screenmen, Mark and Tony, were super fast and efficient and made all the screens and installed them in less than 1.5 hours. Very polite and friendly people, too. We will recommend this service to our friends and neighbors and will return ourselves if need be.

Mark and Braxton arrived at 9:30am for my 10am appointment. It was great having them here early! They replaced the window rescreen right away along with the new window screens. They were done with those around 10:30am. The wicket screens took a bit longer as did the screendoor. They walked me through all of the new screens and the screendoor, I paid with my AMEX and they were out the door by 12:30pm. It was easy, the quality is amazing and I really appreciate their kindness. Though they are bit expensive, I would say they are worth every penny!

Needed screens replaced on what we thought were 10 windows. Turns out 2 of them (very small in the garage) couldn't be replaced (and really didn't need to anyway) because of how the windows were installed. That brought the number down to 8. The team was thorough in their explanation of our options and quickly went about the work completing it in much less time than we anticipated. Will probably have them come back and give us a new sliding screen door in a few months.

Excellent communication with company, even the repairman called when he was about 5 min. away to let me know. Arrived on time, assessed the situation & promptly got to work. All completed in about 45 min. Screens look great now & are ready for summer.

I live in Edmonds (South Snohomish county) and they would not come this far without it being a large order or hefty trip charge.

Screenman looked through the pile of old window screens in my basement, figuring out that the frames actually did fit my windows but they needed to be installed differently than I had thought. Even the window washer had not been able to figure out how to remove the only two screens that were on the windows when we moved in! So instead of all new frames, we only needed new screens. The two installers were patient and helpful, calm but very efficient. It was such a pleasure to have real experts on the job!

I've used Screenman three times and been very satisfied. Very personable young men who do quality work quickly at reasonable prices. They come to you and do all the work on-site in their van (it's kinda fun to watch). 9/8/04: Rescreened door slider. $80 8/9/12: New screens for 9 windows. $240 ($19 each, regardless of size) 7/19/13: Repaired one screen at no charge, as it was one they had done in 2012 that wasn't quite right.

Set the initial project up with Natalie over the phone. What a pleasant lady! Mark from Screenman came out and made 8 screens on site for our home. They look great and they were all done in about 2 hours. Than you Mark for such a nice job

Screenman, Inc. is a very busy company, as we had to wait a month for our appointment--but that's because they are reasonably priced, professional, very pleasant and complete the job onsite the same day. They were great in setting up the appointment and qualifying the work that needed to be done, calling with an appointment reminder when the date neared and arriving on schedule (Mark apologized for being a little early as he had completed a previous job which was just a block down the street, but it worked out well for me to have him complete the work at my home earlier than I anticipated.) I just don't know why I waited so long to get this home repair done, I looked at that bent screen everyday not to mention the ripped one, when the fix was pretty much painless with Screenman!

Just what you'd want from a contractor. Did a great job. Provided quality product. On time and efficient. I've already had a cat hanging off one of the screens and it held up beautifully.

They were great!! They were very knowledgeable and efficient and quick too! The actually made a small mistake on the counting of the windows (missed one) and instead of adding to the price, they stood by their quote as it was! Great guys! Travis and Scott were friendly and funny and my only complaint is they didn't show up in superhero capes!!

We are extremely happy with these screens and the service. The guys showed up with an immaculate and completely stocked truck that doubled as their workroom. The installation took most of the day, as they are tricky to install, and but the installers didn't rush and took a lot of care in making sure the screens were in tight and the operation was flawless. It exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism.
