Sammamish Mortgage was great to work with - detailed, clear and professional. I dealt with Jeanne throughout the majority of the loan process who was easy to work with and always responsive to my emails and phone calls. Being an out-of-state buyer, I couldn't have been more pleased on how they handled the process of my new home loan and would definitely use them again.

Did not close on time Fixed fees went up dramatically from the Fees Worksheet that I based my loan decision on without any warning Communication was not good - twice without warning a 3rd party called asking for personal information Their estimate of funds to close was over $11,000 short and I didn't get the amount until 2 days before closing

They were very professional, it went through okay. I got a pretty good rate. The banker was very professional, courteous, and more then helpful. The owner originally got everything going for me by getting me the listings and pricings. She was very good at getting me a ballpark of the estimated costs.

We did not go through with the loan because we are considering buying another home. When we decide we will call Sammamish back and use them. Their rates seemed very competitive and their service was great.

These guys are really good. They followed up almost immediately every time I called them or had a question. You actually can't ask for better service.

The cost is a hard question to answer because it's all depends on loan amounts and some things. What I liked about them is their website is very clear, it tells you what their cost would be, their interest rate and it is updated daily and I got what they advertised. If there is a room for improvement, it would have been a little bit more communication in the process but other than that it was all good.

Sammamish Mortgage was always very professional and responsive. They answered all of my questions and made the process completely understandable. In the end they found a better interest rate than had originally been quoted, which was fantastic.

We've done several refinances for different houses over the years, and Sammamish has 1) best website to compare mortgage options, 2) great communication via emails/faxes, 3) friendly and efficient when we had to go and physically sign paperwork. Origination fee listed on HUD document over $6000, with lender credit gave us origination fee down to ~$300; other closing costs covered in new loan. If the rates became more favorable, would consider them again first. Apparently family owned and run.

From start to finish excellent communication. Found the lowest rate no cost loan. The excellent execution.

The rates are as advertised and the staff was very responsive and professional. You can look up the rates on their website so there is no hassle or negotiation. I was remote so communication was pretty important.

From the initial contact to find out if I wanted to use them, until the last pieces were put in place on our loan, everyone I talked to at their office was highly professional, very helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

I contacted a lot of different mortgage companies. Some never called me back, others were very impersonal, and some were very pushy. I was so happy to have found Michael Shane. He was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all of my questions. I never felt pressured, and he got us a good mortgage rate. The whole team was very professional and responsive to my inquiries, and everything went smoothly.

HANDLED EVERYTHING VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND VERY WELL. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT.
