Rolland Lawrenz

As a first time home buyer, I was really nervous about looking for and buying a new home. He listened to what i wanted, and guided me toward the areas that had the best values and best prospects for increasing in value. When it came time to making the offer and all that follows, he was there for every step. He guided me through all the paper signings, letting me know what I was sign along the way. At no point was I unaware of what I was signing, or what was going on in the buying process. I won't say it was painless, because it is a long process, but Rolland made it as painless as he possibly could. He made sure I got what I wanted in my condo. The whole process was all about making me happy. He was patient and understanding and got me the condo I wanted. I closed on the unit today (3/31/2010) and am very excited to be moving into it. Rolland is a wonderful agent. I would definitely use him again and I would be proud to recommend him to anyone.
