Kitchen sink p-trap leak repaired, good service; asked Ridgid "boss" for adjustment.

The clogged drainage problem was solved after over an hour's use of the ;snake. It unclogged the sewer drain which affected the two toilets, shower and tub. The other problem was a leaky kitchen faucet which was replaced with a new one. Reva worked hard and did an excellent job. My only reservation was the high total cost of the project.

Way,way too much money. They did the job, but it was extremely overpriced.

Great response time, and we're happy with the quality of the work and the new faucet we received. They were easy to work with and reasonable, so overall it was a good repair experience.

The technician replaced the pressure relief valve in the water heater. He was here one and a half hours. The bill was $605. Good man, good work, but expensive.

Rigid did a great job repairing a frozen/cracked water pipe. They were very prompt, courteous, and did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommended!
