Responded immediately to my call, came that very day, cleared the drain and advised me how to prevent the problem in the future. The service man was very friendly, calm, and efficient. I will definitely hire them in the future.

The only reason we didn t give a perfect 5 is because the helper needs more training/experience. That said - the owner came to our site and made sure the job was done right! Outstanding people!!!!!

Very nice and prompt. They got to our project quickly and got it done right away. They were a pleasure to work with, though the rates felt a little high to me. I would work with them again for the quality and such, but might be inclined to try and haggle price.

Arash and Sean responded quickly to my call. We discussed my faucet replacement issues after they arrived and assessed my problem (mostly about putting a modern, pull-down style faucet into an older kitchen sink with limited space on top and below). Arash then estimated the cost, and noted concerns that he had. The work proceeded quickly and professionally. I was advised whenever an issue was found, and we worked together to find the solution. The work was completed within the estimate, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Exceptionally professional and easy to work with!

Punctual, professional, practiced. They arrived right on time and dealt with an additional issue promptly. Everything buttoned up tight. My only problem was I was given one price on the phone and a different price by the plumber.

Had a leaking kitchen sink drain. When I went in to loosen the p-trap, the connected chromed metal pipe disintegrated from rust. I Called Ridgid and it was replaced with a one hour service call the same day - actually within three hours of my call. As good as it gets!

They don't have labels on the truck, I should have checked ID and not provided the answers when meeting. The fellow introduced himself, was right on TiME for the appointment made maybe two hours prior. He cleaned up, took time to show us how everything worked. Would call for a speedy clean again.
