Ridgid Plumbing was concerned about helping me and me being satisfied. He came prepared with materials and worked quickly totally focused on the job yet answered any questions I had. He cleaned up and was very professional and honest. He had a colleague working along side of him who will eventually have his own plumbing business. Definitely will call again!

Arash and his assisstant did a great job moving a hot water pipe to prep for a new dishwasher and sink installation, as well as fixing our powder room sink. This sink has caused us problems for 20 years, even after my husband and a different plumber tried to fix it multiple times. It took about 2 hours, but Arash got it working and still no drips under the sink- yay! I would definitley hire Arash again!!

On time and under budget

When I put the request out last night, I did not wish to deal with plumbers about our water heater until today. He happened to be nearby and arrived within 10 minutes to evaluate and bid the job. Arash was professional and straight forward while listening to my concerns with the needed upgrades. Arash gave me a written bid which was lower (a real nice savings) than a previous estimate from a competitor. He was on time the next morning and went right to work. Arash's attention to details were exceptional and his installation was perfect. Afterward he cleaned up and took the old water heater away. This was one of those times when one feels very satisfied with the work that was performed. I would use him again.

I paid slightly above average market cost to replace a pressure regulating valve - after seeing great reviews here and on Yelp. The job deserves the check I hand over. Arash replaced my PRV on a copper pipe and my main water shut-off. He also found out a pressure issue with my water heater expansion tank and adjusted it properly. Overall everything was done in about an hour. My water pressure problem is gone. Recommend!
