Outstanding customer service; prompt and delivered exactly what I needed. Original request was to fix a shower. I was so impressed that I had my water heater and 3 toilets replaced the following day! Highly recommend!

Contacted me immediately and set up an appointment for the same day. I was contacted when a prior emergency job ran long indicating they would be delayed (these things happen), and they arrived punctually at the revised time. The problem was diagnosed accurately and quickly, and they charged what they estimated which seemed reasonable based on prior plumbing interactions. The plumber communicated everything very clearly and also provided some helpful guidance on other related issues. They seem to be fair, straight shooters, and I would definitely hire this company again.

I have a 50 year old house and the cast iron kitchen sink has been in the house for about 25 years. It was leaking, and needed replacing. Reza and Arash were both here to pull out the heavy sink. They ran into a few obstacles getting the new sink to fit with the old house plumbing, and were able to get everything completed. I am extremely impressed with them! Definitely will use them again.

We had Reza as our guy. He arrived on time. We asked him to check out a few things beyond our call for a clogged drain. He checked them and gave us honest assessment (not broken, no need to repair, etc.). Reza cleared 2 clogged drains for us with a reasonable price. We have a couple of other items needing repair, and plan to call Reza back to work on them.

Richard was friendly and professional. His estimate was less than half the cost of another plumber, and he charged the exact amount quoted.

I had a hose bib replaced and Richard did a great job. I was also able to get the issue resolved in less then 24 hours. A+++

Prompt response, came out immediately and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost.

I had a minor repair of the laundry sink which had been bumped into & the trap would not stop leaking no matter my efforts. Within 60 minutes of my call Richard was at the house & after assessing the problem gave a fair quote. The situation was repaired and the sink was made much sturdier. I really appreciated the quick response and professional work to my situation.

Made an appointment but they were able to come even sooner which really helped us out. Got our drains fixed and did a great job of making sure everything was right. Thank you!

Service was great but your plumber is not a native English speaker. His English (grammar, etc.) was excellent but he should maybe speak just a little more slowly. All the same, thank you very much.

Richard was my technician. He was on time and very professional. He made sure the job was done right and was thorough. I paid what was estimated for me. I would recommend this company and would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

The price was in line with what I was expecting to pay and the hot water heater is working well.

We were so pleased with their quick service call. However, we felt that the price was excessive for the quick repair. Service was friendly and they were kind enough to come during the snowstorm. I would use them again.
