They were excellent. They did an excellent job. They were competitive with price. These folks were great. We have an electronic touch pad outside. We have a remote and it's the most quiet motor you've ever heard. It's an insulated garage door. It was great.

We found Rainier Garage Doors (RGD) through the references on this list and have had a very positive experience of the benefits of Angie's List as well as RGD. We selected about five service providers based on the recommendations here and invited bids from each. While their initial bid was not the lowest, their quote was the most professional of the lot. There was enough detail for the questions we had in mind without confusing us on what options we needed to select. One of the quotes (another vendor, not RGD) was so detailed that we were not sure what we were getting and what would incur additional charges. We approached them and they agreed to match the best bid we had received. The subsequent discussion to setup the schedule for implementing the project was as painless as could be. The project was executed as per schedule with not a single day's delay. Jason and his crew even stayed way beyond regular hours to fix some unexpected issues that came up. The feedback that we received from multiple homeowners was overwhelmingly positive and we would definitely recommend RGD for their services and professionalism.

Fabulous. He arrived on time, did a VERY thorough job. I have a three car garage, and he inspected them too and tightened some bolts that had become loose. He instructed me that even though one garage door is used almost daily and the others not so often, the busy door may adversely affect the others by the vibrations. He was supremely professional and instructive.

The service tech was very professional and I liked that the company had hired a veteran. However, the deal says a garage tune up and roller replacement, he just kind of replaced the rollers, I had to ask him to look at problem areas. It would of been cheaper to grab the rollers from Home Depot for $25 for a pack of 10.

They were really, really good. It turned out really well. The people we dealt with were really good. We went to their showroom and it was amazing. Everything was really good. We recommended them to our neighbors and they used them. It was a little over $3000 for two sets. The pricing was really good. It was excellent. He did an amazing job. They were very responsive. Jason/Rainier Garage doors were great to work with, with clear up-front pricing, and were not pushy through the sales process. We had our garage doors replaced with a pretty standard model and they had very clear pricing - which was very reasonable. They also didn't try to push higher-end stuff we didn't need or tell us we had low-headroom and tack on additional charges like other vendors did. When it came to ordering and installing our new doors, the process was easy and quick and the new garage doors are operating great and look great!

It went really well. He was professional and courteous and worked around our overfilled garage stuffed by a recent move. My garaged door used to draw complaints from my next door neighbor. It's now very smooth and a lot quieter. I would highly recommend this company if you have garage door / opener issues.

Service was done very quickly, very professionally. Technician was knowledgeable, experienced and quite friendly. I was impressed with how quickly and easily the repairs were performed. Only downside was that the appointment window was missed; but only by 25 minutes. Considering how bad the traffic has become in the area and (more importantly) how well the service was performed, this was only a minor low in an overall excellent experience.

Bought coupon for spring replacement. Technician showed up as scheduled. During the service call, he also recommended replacing another part of the garage door opening system. Everything is functioning now.

it went quite well. The technician was punctual, pleasant, and professional. They tested the garage door after which the rollers were replaced and greased. The wheel was lubricated as well. They also shared tips on maintaining the garage door wheel so the door would continue to drop down normally without any sudden jerks or squeaky noises.

When tech came to inspect garage door, he did not have the part to fix it. He said he would come back to fix it. He never called to come back to fix it. They said it would cost extra for them to come back. They were going to make me pay for them to come back. I couldn’t get a hold of them and once I finally did to get a tech out, they canceled a half hour later and I never heard from them again.

We chose Rainier Garage Doors in Bellevue to replace our worn-out garage doors, based on Angie's List reviews. We visited their showroom where Jason showed us all our options. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out a few days later, gave us an estimate, and we scheduled an installation. The work was performed today by two installers who were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They cleaned up nicely when finished. The doors look and work great, and we will use them in the future when the openers need replacing. We highly recommend them!

Jax called 15 minutes before schedule to inform the arrival time. He arrived on time. The work went on smoothly without any issues. He is polite and professional. Scheduling is easy too. After purchased from Angie's List, Rainier Garage Door called me the next morning for scheduling.
