He did a good job (I think?) but I felt like I was an inconvenience. Was glad I didn't have him peform any detailed maintenance.

Description of Work: They installed a new garage door opener. After a few days, the garage door opener would not close (unless bypassed), but they came out right away to solve the problem without any charge due to mistake made with wiring when installed.

Description of Work: I got a call from Rainier within a few hours after I bought the coupon. It is the first time I got such a quick response for Angie's deals! I couldn't open my garage door and the manual override cord didn't work. Rainier was able to send a technician to my home in the afternoon and replaced the opener. Even though I couldn't use the Big Deal for the job, I was really impressed by their service and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Our door would not open/shut properly. Came out to do a tune up and a wheel also needed to be replaced. I went out to trim my lawn while he was working. I barely got started and he was done. Did a few more adjustments, Explained some easy maintenance things. Has worked great if not better since.

Description of Work: I locked my house keys and phone inside my garage while trying to reset the garage door opener. The safety cable had been snapped by a previous tenant so there was no way to get into the garage--I was in a real bind. I called Rainier Garage Door and they came out promptly, got the door open, reprogrammed a new remote, and replaced the safety cable and door lock. The repair person was very friendly and professional and did great quality work. I was very happy with their service and would call again. (Please note, service date is approximate.)

Could have tried to sell me a new door opener but explained the one in place was working properly after his adjustments. On time, professional, courteous and informative. Would use again.

Description of Work: They provided a new garage door. the only issue was the time to order the door. the door was ordered on 10/31/12 with schedule for installation for early December. In late November we were notified that the ordered door was damaged so no installation until January. The fellow who did the installation was good to work with considering that I was not able to provide all the garage for installation due to some equipment that could not be removed from the garage.
