Description of Work: Excellent, professional job. Serviced garage doors. Did good, quick work, responded to questions, didn't try to sell anything extra not needed at the time. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Cost is based on an $89 trip charge that includes the first 30 minutes of service, plus parts. The technician removed the broken hinge,replaced it, examined the other hinges, lubed whatever you lube on a garage door and proclaimed it in quite good shape for a heavy, old door; all within the first 30 minutes. The hinge was only $7.50 and we saved 10% from Angies, so the cost with tax was less than $100. We have had work done several times on this door, and THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY. They responded immediately to our request, everyone involved was super courteous, they were available within a few days, and the tech new what he was doing, so three cheers for Rainier Door!!!!!

Description of Work: Rainier Garage Door provided maintenance on a garage door, and offered advice about my garage doors specifically. In addition to the work initially agreed upon, we discussed a possible fix for the door that was cracking. He gave me a quote, and I asked him to go ahead with the fix, and he did. The fix was good. Service was professional & fast.

Description of Work: Technician was very knowledgable. He was attentive to the multiple concerns about how the garage door was operating and talked me through his analysis and corrective actions. The door has performed consistently and quietly since.

Description of Work: Rainier replaced two garage door openers that decided to die within two weeks of each other. They recommended belt drive replacement openers, which have been amazingly quiet and error free. I was also very impressed that they took away all of the parts of the garage door openers they removed - very convenient for me. They were professional and punctual, and the woman I scheduled the appointments with (wish I could remember her name)was extremely easy to work with

Description of Work: The repair person was very honest about my options, and the costs of the different choices that I had. Installation was fast, and the new system is an improvement over the one that I replaced. The cost isn't listed, but it was fair compared to other providers; I checked and it will vary depending upon what model one chooses.

Description of Work: This was basically a simple tune-up of a large (wide enough for both cars) electric garage door. It was sticking a bit, and getting noisy. | |They did the job and the door has been fine since then, Aug 2010 (date of service on this form only allows 2011 as earliest date). | |The service man did recommend an extra cost item, new ball bearing rollers, for as much as the tuneup itself cost. But he didn't push hard or overstate their benefit. I declined. | | | |

Description of Work: Rainier Garage Door installed 3 new doors and openers for us less than a year ago. One of the doors was starting to look crooked. I called them and they came out the same day. It turned out there was a defective part so the repair was covered under warranty. I just paid the trip fee for them to come out. The door has been working great since.

He was very professional and freindly, installed new equipment and helped program the remotes so they worked on my other garage door as well. Cost was reasonable - I would highly recommend them.
