Description of Work: We had a very noisy garage door that needed tuning. Rainier showed up when they said they would, tightened up the rails and replaced the rollers. The employee was efficient, professional and knowledgable.

Description of Work: My garage door and opener were replaced. Jason's measurements were spot on and Dave's installation was perfect. I had ordered the door to be primed but the manufacturer didn't do it. Rainier is having their team member Steve come to prime it at no additional cost to me. I am very grateful for their excellent service.

Description of Work: They couldn't perform the functions because they no longer carry the types of rollers my garage door uses and any modification would not prove satisfactory. The only option I had was to go with a new garage door which I'm not needing.

Description of Work: Technician Jay Whiteley replaced all of the garage door rollers, tuned the door (quieter), tested opening/closing safety features lubed (sprayed) all of the hinges on garage door and sprayed entire large spring with a lubricating mist. I am very happy with the work performed.
