Description of Work: I purchased a garage door maintenance check from Rainier Garage Door. The tech arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (misaligned sensors), and also checked and oiled the chain and replaced a few springs. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Jason w/ Rainier was extremely professional and helpful. I submitted the request on a Tuesday and he was at my place on a Wednesday, talk about service! Unfortunately, my garage door size is a non-standard so there were extra costs that neither of us factored in. I plan on using him when my budget allows, he was great to work with and I'm sorry I wasn't able to pull the trigger and hire him!

Description of Work: He replaced the garage door cables and immediately saw the problem that was causing my garage door not to get a tight seal at the bottom. Other garage door companies ignored the problem or didn't know how to fix it. He fixed it just like that! This was a hazard to my garage as it allowed mice and rats to get in.
