Description of Work: the spring on the garage door snapped and the door was inoperable. I needed a fast fix since the car was stuck in the garage. They responded very quickly and in no time the broken spring was replaced along with the other spring which was getting a bit old as well. Garage door has been working fine ever since.

Description of Work: All went well, after being scheduled over a week after the initial contact. The only open question is that the door does not seem to settle fully on one side of the double-width door (~1/4 inch). I'm waiting to see if this gets better over time before calling them back.

Description of Work: Finally, a service provider that did NOT try to upsell me something I did not need. Rainier replaced a broken lift spring and did not try to tell me that my rollers were shot and also needed to be replaced. (I personally replaced my door rollers 2 years ago.) When Precision replaced the opener on my double doors a few months back, the technician tried to upsell me without even looking to see that I had already changed out my rollers. |Rainier will get my future business based on the integrity and professionalism of technician "RC".
