It went well. Robert knew what he was doing and suggested some upgrades to our garage door. He explained thoroughly what went wrong and suggested some maintenance options to keep it working properly.

A representative called me within an hour of sending a message through the website. Bonus points for having a next day appt! The installer arrived within the time window, giving me a call when he was on the way and when he arrived. The installer was professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall a great experience. I would call them again for any garage door issues and would recommend them to a friend!

Arrived on time, lubricated hinges of doors. Was disappointed he did not look over the cables, etc. or check over all condition of door as other providers I've used in the past have done.

Robert Cain made several repairs to the broken door and minor adjustments to the other 2 doors. He provided us with an estimate for replacing all 3 doors and we intend to use these services again when we are ready to replace everything. He was knowledgeable and professional, pointing out and fully explaining various issues and options. Easy to work with.

Rainier Garage Door was able to schedule a service visit within 24 hours, which was great. The door had two problems - a missing roller, and misalignment due to being bumped by a car. The service person Tony attended to these and also greased all the bearings and inspected the motor. All of this in barely an hour. Before leaving he gave me some advice on lubricating the door and expected lifetime of the motor. Great service!

They were pretty good. To be honest, we went with them not because of the price. I'm sure they are not the cheapest, but that is not why we had them here. The quality was good. They did a good job. The responsiveness was good.

Great! I called at 10:30AM and they had a guy here at 1:45PM- he identified the problem- installed new ibeams and fixed the wiring and stabilized the track- he was done in 30 minutes and was very professional and polite. I hope not to have any more issues but recommend highly!

Robert (technician) arrived on time and I walked him through the issues we were having with our small garage door. He was super nice, patient, listened to all my concerns, and carefully walked me through his diagnosis of the problems providing warnings that the price might increase based on what he was seeing. After we agreed on the approach, I let him get to work on realigning the door and replacing the rollers. He worked super fast, and when he was done, walked me through every repair he made explaining why he had made various repairs. Robert was a super nice and smart technician – it was breath of fresh air to work with a service tech who was both patient and super knowledgable. Overall, I was really pleased with Rainier Garage Door – from the customer service booking the appointment on the phone, to working with Robert, to the service follow-ups via email after the work was done. Most importantly, the garage door operated super smooth when Robert was all done – huge reduction in noise! This review would have been "straight A's," but I did feel the price was a little high for the work done, but that might have been due to my lack of understanding in terms of cost when it comes to garage door hardware. Summary: Hire Rainier Garage door to fix your garage, and ask for Robert – he's great! :)

Appointment was easy to setup, the person who came was on time and very professional. He also lubricated the entire door and inspected the other door as well. Overall, smooth painless and very professional. 10/10 will hire again if I have a need.

The better quality rollers that Tony installed were immediately quieter. The door is operating smoothly. Same day service, called after noon. Tony was on time and thorough in making the door work as designed. Cost was as quoted over the phone.

I ordered a window deal for 1499.00 and they never called. This company needs to be more punctual about returning customer calls. I waited two weeks and they made no effort whatsoever to call!

This is the second time we worked with Rainier Garage Door and, as with the first experience, we were very pleased with the service. We initially contacted them on a Tuesday indicating that our door was not working. The rep on the phone diagnosed the problem and he scheduled us for a service call the next day. Robert showed up on time, confirmed the problem, described what needed to be done and the time for completion. Our heavy duty springs were broken and the replacement springs needed to be special ordered. Nonetheless, Rainier managed to obtain the parts and complete the repair on Friday. Both Robert and Jason did a fantastic job - they worked quickly and were very communicative during the process. Also, they were very responsive with a few follow-up questions.

I initially scheduled to have someone come out and replace my garage door opener. When the technician arrived, he tested the opener and determined that the problem was with the door itself and I didn't need a new opener afterall (even though it is ancient). He was able to order a door and schedule installation for later the same week! The door installer arrived early and was very friendly. He was able to replace the door quickly and took all the garbage away with him. When he left, the place definitely looked better than when he arrived. Both service people were prompt, friendly and answered all my questions. If I ever need anything else, I will definitely be calling Rainier!

Great. I started at the Bellevue showroom, and the two women I worked with there were exceptionally helpful. They were also very organized in scheduling the work and very responsive when I called with questions. The paperwork was clear and straightforward. I was definitely upsold to a 25% more expensive door, but for good reasons (namely, I had a VERY specific style that I wanted and I found a door to match online. However, they'd installed one in the past and were able to give reviews on the quality. It explains why I couldn't find that line anywhere. So I went with the ritzier version from another company and I'm happy about it.) Working with Jason, he pushed hard for a slightly more expensive lifter that had features we didn't want. We ended up choosing the mid-tier lifter which we're very happy with. After ordering the door and before the install, we had to remove a large, low storage rack above the door to make space for the modern door and rails. Not a big deal. We also needed to remove some unsafe DIY wiring (Jason actually noticed it had been rubbed raw by our old door, I'm so glad it didn't cause a problem/fire). It took about a month to order the door, but that seems standard. The installers were about an hour late, but finished an hour early, so I can't complain. I stayed home from work all day. We had some tricky drywall issues, left behind by the old storage rack, and they asked my opinion and then worked around them in a sensible way. They seemed careful and highly skilled. They left our garage & driveway in beautiful condition. The demo and care instructions were great -- very well done. It was a lot of money but I'm just thrilled with the results.

I used this company in 2014 off of Angies List and they were great and the service tech was just super. So based upon that experience I called them again. I was give a service time of 11-1 and the tech showed up early around 10 am. My wife was in the shower and I needed to come from my office about 15 minutes away. As I am driving to the house the service tech refuses to use his cell phone to call me and uses my wife's phone. He wants to confirm and know what the work is to be done and I tell him I am driving to the house and will be there in a few minutes. He tells me several time rather rudely that I am "on the clock'' and he is asking me what he is supposed to do ???. I tell him that he is not on the clock until we finish our conversation and he knows what he is to do. He disagrees and tells me again I am "on the clock" I found him to be not customer service oriented and told him to leave. I actually am in a business that hires a lot of vendors so I am not a novice at this. I call the office and explain. They say that this is not what they consider customer service. I tell them to sort it our and call me back. Never heard back. Called another company and had the work done. So, flip a coin with these guys. My first experience was 100 % + and my second experience was a complete failure and disappointment.

Scheduling, work performed, everything met and exceeded my expectations. Will use them again in the future.
