The provider came out, performed the tune-up, and recommended an additional service, providing a lot of detail about why the service was needed. The door doesn't squeak anymore, and everything else looks good.

I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out good. The date of service was a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. We bought two deals, one for each door. They did some extra work on top of the big deal. They showed up and did what they said they were going to do.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It worked out really well. The garage door is no longer making a lot of noise. We had no complaints. We had no issues or weird feelings or anything like that about them. The price was reasonable.

They were very prompt and out within two days. due to the type of garage door I have. The technician was very helpful, and we asked them to put in a bid for a new garage door installation.

It went wonderfully. We installed an opener, but after there was a noise problem. They came out, looked at that and was able to fix a rocking back and forth problem that the door was having as well. They had the additional equipment needed to make the repair on truck, so no time was lost. The cost of that part was well under $100.00.

The person who serviced our garage door was very professional and worked quickly. We would use them again.

We sort of misunderstood the deal. Our garage door doesn't have an electric pull on it because it is manual but he came out and replaced the springs and that helped improve the working of the door.

The technician (Dave) arrived exactly when the time was scheduled. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable were my first impressions after introductions. Dave told me that this job would take about 1 hour to complete. He explained some statistical information about newer garage door openers and discussed available options with this particular model. Dave offered these options to me with no high pressure sales and was receptive to all of my questions. The job was completed in about an hour, cleanly and efficiently. There were a couple of items that he sold me on, but did not bring with him. Dave immediately called his office, scheduled another appointment in the near future and resolved it. Very professional and worked very well with my schedule. After the installation, Dave went over the features of the unit and how to program it. He was thorough with his explanation and demonstrated it when unsure. Overall, I am very happy with this service... so satisfied, that I'm writing this review within a half an hour after he completed the job. The price was reasonable, the service was great and I would highly recommend them/ use them again.

It took much longer than I expected for the dealer to receive the new door from the manufacturer. After the manufacturer provided a shipping date, the dealer scheduled the installation at a convenient time for me, showed up exactly as promised, and did a fine job of removal and installation. I'm completely satisfied with the whole process, and I believe I got a good value since this was offered as a deal of the day.

He did an excellent job. I had to pay for the first half hour regardless of what he did. He moved the sensors around so the garage door would function properly. He only ended up taking about 25 minutes. He was very professional and did a great job. Their high recommendations are well deserved. They did an excellent job.

Great service! They scheduled for less than 24 hours from when I called, gave me the pricing up-front and then arrived early and solved the problem quickly!

We rent this condominium through Three Keys Property Management who provides repair services when needed. The pulley/spring on the garage door broke off and we had to close the garage door manually. The garage door opener could not support the door with a broken spring. I filed a maintenance request with Three Keys late on August 5th and was contacted by Rainier Garage Door the next day to make an appointment for the repair work. They came on on the 7th (or the 8th) and replaced all of the old pulley, spring, and cable parts in less than an hour. My garage is quite full, but he did not need much room to work. He moved some of my things to get better access, but he cleaned up and put everything back when he was finished. I was impressed by their prompt service and professional expertise. The work man did exactly what needed to be done and it was very fast. Because we have a management company who handles the costs repairs, I don't know what this service would cost. Their work was very good.

Denny from Rainier Garage Door arrived at 12:30 (schedule window is between 12 and 2 pm). I purchased two deals, one for new garage door opener and second for spring replacement. After looking at the springs, Denny said that they did not need replacement. It was nice to know I can save some money. He proceeded to remove the old garage door opener (over 25 years old) and installed the new one within 1 hour. The spacing was very tight and he had to make some custom brackets to mount the new opener. Fortunately, it went up with just 1/4 inch clearance! Denny also replaced the rollers and made a custom solution for the existing springs, which eliminated a loud screeching metal-on-metal contact sound every time the door opens and closes. There was extra labor charges but I was happy with his work. Since I do not need the springs replaced, I am requesting a refund for Garage-1659414-1 deal.

They were very good. They were very responsive and did an excellent job. They showed up when they said they would and the guy in the showroom was really good.

I needed a new garage door. I went to Rainier Garage Door. I met with Jason, and he was very helpful in informing me about their products and services, taking the time to explain the various options and issues to think about. He gave me some informational material and gave me his card in case I selected them to perform the work. His approach was very friendly and no pressure. Ultimately, I did select them to perform the work. An appointment was made for initial estimates based on measurements of the work site. After the appointment (about 15 min), it only took another hour or two for a work statement proposal. After some modifications requested by me which took about one day (Jason was quite responsive to my change requests), I put my deposit down, and was told it would be about 3-4 weeks before installation would occur. After 3-4 weeks, I received a phone call to schedule my installation, which happened 2 weeks later. Mike came out to the work site at the agreed upon time, told me what was going to happen and the approximate timeline. Mike performed the work accordingly to the timeline he stated. Garage door and opener works. I am happy with my experience and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

We originally had some problems with the initial installation of the garage door opener. After the initial installation the garage door was stuck open and wouldn't close (we had to manually close the door). I was initially upset and had written a non-positive review after having to leave a voice message at night because their offices were closed. However, they contacted us early the next morning and had somebody out by 9AM to fix the door. The garage door opener now functions correctly and they were very apologetic about the situation. Though I am still a little disappointed with the original installation, I am pleased that it is now working as intended. I have modified my review to improve the overall grades as the garage door is currently functioning and after having the hardware replaced on the door itself, the garage door is SUPER quiet and is a vast improvement over how it used to sound.

Jay was on time, efficient and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions while he worked. He cleaned up everything when he was done.

Outstanding! Professional, courteous, informative, efficient, and an all around pleasant person to deal with. He replaced not only the Opener and rail, but identified a problem with the hanger brackets and replaced them with a solid structure. The price was consistent with all other quotes. I would recommend this company and installer to anyone without hesitation.

We bought our new garage doors from Rainier in June 2014. The sales process and installation went very well and both the sales representative (Jason) and service technican were very knowledgeable and professional. We recently asked Rainier to return for an unrelated service call and, again, the technican (Jay) was excellent and the service went very well. I might also add that the price of the garage doors was below the other big firms in the Seattle area and we were offered the Angies List discount as part of the purchase.

The technician got here early. (called ahead) He was very personable and was able to do his job while I watched and chatted with him. Explained everything about what he was doing. Gave me hints on what to look for if it jams again. Worked professionally around our full of stuff garage. Installed new hardware as promised. Works great and much quieter operation since replacing the metal wheels with polymer ones.

GREAT! Really liked the responsiveness and professionalism. The representative went above and beyond what was expected. He gave some recommendations on potential upgrades and repairs that may need to be done as well as a ballpark quote on the work should it need to be done. The spring replacement took less than an hour. Will certainly be calling them again for future work.
