Rainier Garage Door

The original job was fine. The man was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I asked him to check out the third door that has not worked in quite a few years. He wrote out an estimate for the repairs, called his office and set up a second appointment to do the additional work. Dave arrived this morning, put new safety lines on all three doors, put new springs and equipment on the third door, reprogrammed the garage door openers, and all three doors are working smoothly! It was an additional $372.00, which we are very happy with! Dave was very knowledgeable, worked very thoroughly, and we are extremely happy with the service, the garage doors, and this company! We would definitely highly recommend them!!

The provider did a fine job adjusting the tension settings on the springs for the garage door. However, this was the company that originally installed the new garage door opener about a year ago. Had the spring tension been set correctly at that time we wouldn't have needed a tune up at this time.

Work cannot be completed on one panel door. Very honest, professional and polite. I would do business with them.

This is the first time I have used Angie's List and I'd say I am very satisfied. Rainier Garage Door promptly sent me an email the next day after I purchase the service through Angies list. They advise me to call them to schedule an appointment. The customer service was very courteous and answered my questions over the phone. She was able to schedule me on the preferred dates that I specified, which was two days after I made the purchase. Its a big deal for me that they were able to accommodate since I can't open my garage and want to fix it as soon as possible. At the day of the scheduled service date, I got a call from them asking if they can come earlier. Its fine with me since I am working from home that day. The technician arrived within the 2 hours time window that they gave me. The technician did a good job in answering my question and performed the work in less than an hour. After the service, the technician gave me an invoice. Apparently, he did not know that I already prepaid the service through Angies list because his office was not able to notify him. He corrected the invoice after I told him that I already paid. Overall I am really satisfied and plan to use their service again in the future

This company knows what it is doing and does it right. Professional on the phone, able to quickly schedule an appointment and arrived on time. The employee who did the work was friendly, knowledgable and installed the new opener quickly. I wish all companies performed as well as this one! I very highly recommend them.

Dave showed up right on time and within an hour had the new Chamberlain garage door opener I bought from Amazon installed, and working beautifully. He also coded the remotes so they'd work with the opener (though this may work straight out of the box for all I know), replaced the old external keypad with the new one provided and helped me program it, and went the extra step of walking me through the new opener's features. That last piece really impressed me because I would have been satisfied if he'd simply put it up, shown me that it was working and drove off - but he went so far as to describe and demonstrate all of the options and told me about the warranties. Terrific service for a fantastic price (of the three places I called for this type of service Rainier came in well below the others).

Had Rainier install a new wooden garage door on our 1911 carriage house detached garage. They dropped off the door so that we could stain it. Once that was done, they came back and did a nice installation. The results were awesome! Completely changed the aesthetics and street appeal of the house. After the original installation, I wanted a few adjustments made; Jason and Dave promptly came back out and addressed my requests. This type of good service is why I never choose the lowest quote. I'm a happy customer and I feel like I got a good value for my money.

Dave was promt, courteous, and clearly knowledgable of the mechanics of the garage door. It is why I called them a second time to put the outside weather stripping around the door. I had considered buying the supplies and doing it myself but I am certainly glad I relied on Dave's expertise. If I need anything work done on garage doors in the future I am going to call Rainier Garage Door.

The service was okay. They did not charge us anything besides the $49 Big Deal cost. They came. They did it and it seemed to work fine. There were no issues. I got new garage door stuff is my only reason for using them again in the future when I need them.

We got two installation teams from Rainier on the same morning. One team--the one at the rental--was done and ready for inspection by noon. The other--the guy that was installing our own--was slightly longer, mid-afternoon. Both installations were top notch--looked great, worked according to spec.
