Chris and Brian did an awesome job. Our unfinished basement now let's us do the laundry without having to go outside in the rain. Our dog can let herself in/out through the basement dog door. We have had a number of guests come and visit and stay in and use the new living room and bathroom. I would highly recommend Rain City Renovations. They are great to do business with and do excellent work.
Description of Work: Basement renovation including building a new stairwell, framing, doors, electrical and plumbing for a living room, bathroom, laundry area and upstairs closet.
