They cleaned all the gutters but not the debris that was on the roof near the gutter endpoints, even though I asked them to do this and pay attention to this detail. Now I am going to have to hire another person to do this part of the job or ask them to come back.

Great - arrived at agreed time, went directly to work, cleaned roof, cleaned up (like he was never there). Was very pleased with work!!!

The man who did the work was punctual and professional and the task didn't take long. However, all the debris from my gutters and the roof was later air blown onto my lawn. Wish the guy who did the work would have asked me first. I preferred that two years of needles and leaves be collected and put in my yard waste bin. My yard and flower beds have patches of needles everywhere. I'll know better next time and make sure to monitor and set expectations with this firm ahead of time in the future.

We had snow, so that delayed it a bit, otherwise I was extremely happy with how quickly I was taken care of. In fact, 30 minutes after purchasing an Angie's deal, I was contacted directly by Pro Care rather than me having to call them. Everything went very well, and I was pleased with the results. The only little nagging thing was that I offered to move my vehicle before work started, and the technician said it wasn't necessary. Well, he did spray hose my truck off when finished, but geez, I could have just moved it and not had residual moss dirt left over.

Great. I would hire them again, but doing my gutters turned out to be too dangerous to repeat.

Job went great. Exactly as described.

Very responsive and they did a great job gently cleaning the roof with a brush, which I much prefer as I've heard of damage resulting from powerwashing composite roofs...especially older ones. Great job cleaning up as well. More importantly, I found a roof tile on the ground a day later that seemed to have been accidentally knocked off. When I emailed the company, they responded right away and came the next day to try to locate where it could have come from. No complaints or excuses, just great customer service. They located the missing tile and fixed it. Turned a "problem" into a moment to prove they are a customer service company. Definitely would recommend and now I know who I'm calling every year for work on the roof and house cleaning. :-)
