+ -1 moreTheir staff seem to be overwhelmed with requests and do not call in a timely manner to schedule visits once the request is filed online. Then there are innumerable delays with their contractors in getting things scheduled. Our warranty is now over as of 10/12, but the final punch list is still being addressed! I would not tell anyone to avoid Polygon Homes just because of the poor responsiveness of the Home Warranty Service Program. That would make no sense, because they are a very high quality home builder in general. It just means that you can't count on quick service.

Description of Work: Worked with this company, and the mortgage side of the company, during a house purchase. They were professional, the work on the new home was high quality and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a home!

+ -1 moreRUN don't walk AWAY from this builder! Their contracts are at best questionable and at worst illegal. They will not let you use a NMLS contract only their own. Even if you have pre-approved financing you have to use their lender who they have a partnership with. VA and FHA buyers are told they have to waive their protections and buyers rights. THIS IS BUYER BEWARE!
Description of Work: They sell houses, condo's etc. Dunhill Terrace, Silver Lake, etc.
