Omg, hands down. One of the best company that I work with in a while. I called on Friday to setup a maintenance appointment because my old company forgot about us. They set me up for Monday (holiday). I started to having issues with my Furnace on Sunday, the person who came on Monday really tried to help me but was not able to fix, did not charge me anything, and they set me up with the expert technician next day. The person came right away fixed the problem, didn't charge me for the part because my Furnace is under warranty and they will take care that with the manufacturer.
They earned my business. Also, Jennifer from the office she manage to get me squeeze the next day. Fantastic customer service. A + in book.
