+ -1 moreBecause of availability I could not use my inspectors of choice, So I rolled the dice picked Mr. Pittman. All that I will say is: he performed an inspection, he sent me a "report" and a bill, and I paid it.

+ -1 moreThe inspection lasted about 2 hours and John was able to get into crawl spaces and provided us with a detailed 8 page report of his findings from his notes. The items he found are a roadmap for us in our new house of things that we should be aware of and schedule work on.
Description of Work: We're purchasing a home and he came recommended by our Realtor.
