Our realtor recommended Para home services when we bought our house, so we tried them out. Our team, Zoe and Matt were great, they listened to all my ramblings and half baked suspicions about what things were wrong with the house and set to work. On top of a thorough maintenance pass -cleaning dryer vents and refrigerator compressors, they also addressed a random list of things like a loose sink, and faulty bath faucet, a couple of dead outlets and misbehaving light switches but also troublshot our mysterious radiant floor system, got it all working and explained how it was set up. I learnt a lot about the house and ultimately have a greater peace of mind. I will be signing up for a membership.

The technicians for my Para Home Services were professional, thorough, and efficient. We did a walk through of the home where I could express concerns for them to look into. Within one visit general cleaning and maintenance on appliances, vent hoods, other basic areas of the house I hadn't thought to double check fire alarm battery replacement were completed, along with patching a hole the the roof I was unaware of! As a first time home buyer with very little free time, this service is great to keep you up to date on regular home maintenance you may not think to do and proactively identify areas of concern to keep an eye on.

Para Services is a dream come true for my aging husband and me - with their help, we can now hope to spend the next decade in our own home instead of moving to a retirement community. For our first visit, two highly competent (and personable) technicians showed up and spent the day reviewing everything in our house that could possibly need maintenance or repair. We were astonished by how much they got done. For example, one of them even climbed onto the roof where they found and nailed down some loose shingles. They cleaned the dryer vent (something we’ve never had done before), re-caulked some sections of the bathroom tiles, repaired loose door handles, checked the fire extinguishers, and the list goes on and on. I was especially pleased that they replaced all the burnt-out overhead light bulbs, so now my husband won't have to climb onto a tall ladder. We really look forward to working with Para in the years ahead.

I tend to think of myself as a 'do it yourself ' person, but thought I'd give Para a try. Very professional crew that also was great with my dog (who was soooo curious). They serviced many things I have historically done myself - very efficient and good quality. They went on to find a few things I had woefully neglected (who knew the drip pan on a sub zero needed to actually be cleaned - oops). A great value compared to hiring out for multiple services individually.

Para Home Services offers quality and worry-free services when you’re unable to DIY your home maintenance. I would highly recommend Para Home Services to friends and family. With a newborn, I found it hard to perform my house maintenance to prepare my house for fall and winter. I singed up for Para Home Services and scheduled a core service that included many maintenance items such as gutter maintenance, HVAC system and vent cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and window cleaning. It also included items a normal homeowner wouldn’t think of, such as refrigerator compressor cleaning and P-Trap Cleaning . Matthew from Para was punctual, honest, polite, and thorough. He walked me through what he would be doing for the day and updated me with his findings and fixes.

In Para's first visit, they did a full home inspection, serviced all of our appliances, HVAC and water heater & did a bunch of "honey-dos". I'm pretty blown away, and highly recommend.

The team did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and thorough. They first took care of all standard maintenance like cleaning drains and dryer vents. After that, they went above and beyond, removing an old sink and servicing our ancient gas fireplace we have been having issues with, works fantastic now.
