Description of Work: Repaired a piece of broken gutter, replaced wax ring in toilet, installed new flourescent light fixtures in kitchen. Work was performed well, good customer service, friendly repairman; but I think even with the deal of 50% off, it was still a little pricey.

We service areas that we can properly support and that does not include Kirkland. Description of Work: They put new concrete footings and support poles to straighten up my sagging deck. They also dug a trench and put in drains to help get rid of waste water from my roof. I cannot give a price yet because they have not yet finished painting nor have they taken away their equipment. Therefore they haven't presented me with a bill yet.

Description of Work: I had a list of things that needed to be done and a wish list of things I wanted and a budget of $5000.00. Description of Work: Replaced an outside door and door frame; replaced 4 outdoor light fixtures; replaced an outside power receptacle. Kevin bought the door and hardware and did a nice job on the installation. He was punctual and worked through the day until all the projects were completed. He was pleasant and professional. He cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely use his services again.

This was an estimate request on multiple jobs done last year. Our technician arrived on time but we no longer have a record of what was estimated so I don’t know what was provided. It’s interesting that the worst reviews about us are ones where the customer never used our services. We are not trying to be the cheapest, just the best and while our hourly rate is not the lowest our job costs are very often less. We use background checked employee technicians with at least 15 years of professional experience to do the work. We pay them well and their primary objective is to take care of the customer. We answer our phones so if you need a follow up, we will get it taken care of.

Description of Work: Not much for the 4 hours of work. He cleaned our gutters which were already partly cleared and was supposed to unclog our drain of debris from a flat roof garage but did not fulfill. We had lots of work for a handyman but wanted to try before committing to that much work, this seemed like a good test. Needless to say we did not hire them for our list of work and I would not recommend. I wish it would of turned out better as we are now gun shy to spend money to be wasted and still have our honey do list and more.

Our apologies to this customer for not meeting there expectations. We have contacted this customer and asked them if there is anything we can do to correct issues or improve their impression of our work. I am not sure that we can brag about our gutter and roof cleaning skills. We use highly skilled technicians to complete the work and we work off of ladders for safety reasons. Unlike many gutter cleaners, we also tune up the gutters to ensure they are functional but this extra effort is not always visible.
