Description of Work: Appointment was for 8:00. Steve Spohn called at 7:40 to let us know he was caught in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. He arrived at 8:10. Steve was very competent and professional. He was able to cut our kitchen countertop tile without any chipping, even though the tiles had been glued to the wood support. He cut the tile and wood to the correct dimension for our new cooktop, advised me on how to fill in the extra space in the other dimension, and cut the venting tube from the old (downdraft) cooktop so we could use the shelving down below. He was finished in about 90 minutes.

Description of Work: Great job, Phil was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: The gentleman repaired a door frame damage caused by the pressure arm being torn out when screen door was opened more than designed to be and painted the wooden door with sun-protective pain. The work was meticulously done and without hesitation, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Three days, three emails and a phone call. Still no response back after the initial phone call. VERY disappointing after listening how great their service is.

Description of Work: 2 hours of handyman service. Fixed doors that wouldn't stop swinging shut, and hung up some blinds, kept it clean and professional. Really great work and on time.

Description of Work: Fixed French doors for us. Took them off and realigned. They weren't straight at all. Very neat and cleaned up all mess and dust. |Alos put bottoms on 2 other doors to the outdoors for us.

Description of Work: Will was on time and prepared on all three days of service. He replaced a chandelier, repaired stone tile in the kitchen, built a new set of steps to the garage understanding that I needed less rise and a wider step, replaced the kitchen sink faucet, rewired a lamp, and a list of other miscellaneous tasks that had accumulated. He was very easy to work with and seemed to have a vast number of skills to draw upon. I would definitely recommend Handyman of Bellevue and, particularly, Will.

Description of Work: Contacted Handyman to finish up a remodeling project for a small bathroom that turned out to be a bit too much for us. Their representative laid a subfloor, installed a new tile floor with tile baseboard, primed and painted, removed an old mirror and light fixture and installed new ones, installed a new toilet, new bath fixtures and new cabinet/vanity/faucet. Ed was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled, and worked with us to create a great "new" bathroom. He listened to our concerns and provided some very helpful suggestions. |The only issue we had was that the first technician, Kane, called in to say he was sick and going to be late. Then called again to say he was on his way and going to be even later. We called the office and said that we did not want someone who was sick and started off being late. Teri at the office was very apologetic and promptly re-ordered their schedule to have Ed come over to do the work (it was a 4-day project). |The people at the Handyman office were always courteous, professional and responsive. They were happy to provide a rough estimate and schedule of work. The project was finished just a bit ahead of time and under budget. |Bottom line - we are very happy, have recommended them to several friends already, and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They did a number of things, from dry wall repair to plumbing and light fixture repair. Very professional, friendly, efficient service. I need additional work done and just scheduled another visit using the same service tech we had. He's great !!

Description of Work: Diagnosed leaking upstairs toilet, repaired toilet, removed and repaired downstairs drywall ruined by leak including retexturing new drywall. I bought a 4-hour block of time for $350 and he used his time efficiently, though the job took about 8 hours in all. What could have been a disaster was minimized & completely repaired for under $1K.
