John and his crew ripped out old carpet and flooring, replaced with select red oak matching stain, grain, shine and quality of existing hardwood floors in other areas of the house. Did it quickly and on-schedule so that other contractors could get in to the house and keep our overall schedule. They removed all scraps and old materials and left the premises clean and ready when finished, and John was very responsive to any inquiries or concerns in the process.

John was willing to work with us and our real estate agent to give us an estimate and book a work time before we had even closed on the purchase of the house. Immediately after we closed he and his team started work on a Saturday to ensure that the floors would be ready by our move-in date. They were very careful to seal off the non-work areas of the house and worked very quickly and efficiently. They also offered good communication during the process. The refinished floors came out beautifully and are proving to be very durable. John's team also repaired a closet floor where it was damaged by water leak sometime in the past. At the finish of the job John gave us guidance on proper cleaning techniques.

John came out and gave me a competitive bid on my project. I had a friend use them before so I was going to go with them until I get another bid that saved me some money. I would call John though for future projects.

They were the cheapest we found, but they turned out to be great. I have recommended them to everyone. They just do a great job. We have used them in two houses.
