 + 0 moreMccue and associate has provided us with a bid to fix the problems from so called reputable contractors. We have found out that the bid are over priced by at least 150% and there are bogus charges on the bids. Who knows what the relationship between the management company and the contractor is. I'll reserve judgment. They act more like a collection agency than a management company
Description of Work: We have hired Mccue and associates to provide management service to our small 6 person association, which I am one of the members. After a year all we have to show for our money is a 400% increase of our monthly dues and a bunch of unnecessary expensive studies on the building. Just to tell us that we need a new roof, and bunch of other stuff. The communication has been non existent, The representative is abrasive hard to talk to and down right rude. This a management company from h*** stay away.
