Manpreet did a great job. He was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. He was on time even when we were running late. He kept us informed of potential homes in the area and happy to work around our busy work schedules and even taking us separately to view listings on occasion. He was quick to run comparable sales data when requested and write up offers for homes we wanted to buy. It took a few tries but we finally found a house that fit us well for a good price. He also took care of all the negotiations with the selling agent for damages done when the sellers moved out but before closing that could have jeopardized the deal. I would be happy to use him again.
