The custom hitch on my car is ideal. Very heavy and solid. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

They estimated about an hour to install. When my husband dropped of the vehicle, it took them less than 40 minutes to have it installed.

Everything went super smooth. Was done in 15 minutes right after we arrived on time.

I dropped by at lunch time and gave them the van. I went to lunch and by the time I returned the job was done. Everything was very clean and strong. I've used the plug-in a number of times and it works as it should. They were great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future. Great service at a fair price.

Quickly got me scheduled for an appointment. Service was done quickly. The hitch was exactly what I was looking for.

The job went perfectly. After getting the hitch home, I discovered that it wouldn't fit my new trailer, so I took it back and it was replaced with no questions asked.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. Answered all my questions completely and demonstrated how my trailer brakes worked and how to adjust them. They are friendly and cheerful

Just had it done this morning. I found Mann's on Angie's list. I called but may have mis-dialed (kept going to a hotel) and ended up sending an email instead. I got a quick response. I was then able to communicate by emial and phone after that. Cami knew exactly what I wanted and was able to quote prices, make an appt, and order things quickly. She was responsive via email. On the day of the appointment I arrived several minutes before my 0930 appt. and handed over the key. Cami told me that the vehicle would be done by noon and they'd call if thee were any issues. I told her I had a 12noon appt and reminded her that she'd told me 1.5 - 2h. and that I had to wait. She let everyone know that I had a 12 noon appt and she told me they'd push me ahead. I went to wait at a nearby deli place. I had no sooner purchased a drink and unpacked my 'crap' than she called me to let me know things were finished. I asked to have them show me about it all and one of their guys spent time showing me about the bike rack, wiring, and hitch. The cost of a similar hitch and the same bike rack at another nearby place was the same cost of my installation BUT WTIHOUT wiring - - Mann's also did the wiring in the event I want to tow a trailer. This was at least another $100 at the other place. It even was much more $$$ at the ship Honda Dealership.

Work was done professionally and on time.

I've used Mann's Hitch for two services. First, I had them replace an axle stub on a trailer probably manufactured in 1965 (antique!). Unfortunately, they welded on a new stub that was NOT a replacement for the stub I'd brought in, and it didn't fit the wheel hub. They were not able to find the right part, and were shocked when I brought them the right part a few weeks later. They happily replaced the one they'd welded in without any additional charge or complaint. Second, I used Mann's more recently to install a trailer hitch on my wife's Subaru. That went off without any problem. Completed exactly when they said it would be. After the butchering U-Haul in Rose Hill did to my Honda Civic to install a hitch, I will ALWAYS go to a company - like Mann's - that specializes in trailers. Mann's is not inexpensive, but their experience and professionalism is worth it. All in all, I would - and have - recommend Mann's Hitch.

Being a woman, I'm accustomed to being treated as second class, or dumb, when seeking vehicle-related service. The guys at Mann's instead treat me like a Customer who just needs specialized service. They explain clearly and well (and don't ask 'where is your husband so we can talk to him') and their prices are fair. Plus, they do a great job! They were recommended to me and I've since recommended them to other folks who have also been please with their services.

I had a bad experience with Mann's Hitch. Things were suspect from the beginning when they took my credit card number over the phone when I called for an estimate. By the time I dropped off my van a few days later (once the parts were in) I noticed they had already charged my credit card- twice! Once for the amount of the estimate, plus a separate charge for hundreds more. They said they would look into the second charge and reverse it. I don't think they should charge anything prior to completion of work. When I got the paper invoice it had no detail information so you can't see what you're being charged for. This made it more difficult when the installed a cheaper brake controller than they had quoted me on the phone. I pointed it out and they said they would swap it out for the right one, but it was another trip back for me. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt at this point and attributing it to their very laid back manner. Then the work on the trailer went more than a week beyond their estimate for no good reason, impacting my schedule. Plus, they still hadn't reversed the "accounting error" on my credit card. The final straw was when I had the whole rig back and discovered that they never installed the power steering cooler they said they had. Again, not on the invoice but they admitted to the mistake, claiming to have installed it on another van accidentally. Sure... At this point I demanded a simple refund for the parts and labor not installed and performed, and took the van to another shop to have the PS cooler installed. The quality of the work they actually did do seems solid, but I would still recommend steering clear of Mann's Hitch!

I was in and out in about 5 minutes, and Mann's didn't even charge me for this small welding repair! The young man was courteous, efficient, knew what he was doing, and did it quickly and without fuss. I was very impressed, and though I have no need for Mann's main line of work (trailer hitches), I'll certainly recommend their shop when I have the chance and return there when I need more welding done.

I made an appointment, and they were ready for me and had it done when they said they would. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them.
