+ -1 moreHe made an appointment and was very punctual. As arranged, I provided the paint and he brought his own equipment. He was efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. I have never known anyone who could paint such straight lines so quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with Oscar. He charged an hourly rate and finished in the time he estimated. He took the used tape and protective paper and plastic he had used with him. He was friendly and personable, but worked quickly and effectively the whole time he was here. I am very happy with the work he did.
Description of Work: Oscar Madrigal painted the interior of my home, after doing excellent work in my office suite (under arrangements made by a colleague). He painted the fireplace mantel (posts and lintel) with oil based paint as well as all the wood trim in the living room with latex enamel. He corrected the line between the accent wall and the other walls and made it straight and clean. He kept everything clean and free of paint. He caulked the baseboards where they'd been changed because of the new fireplace surround. He also caulked the edges of the stairs.
