He did outstanding job as far as marketing , advertising, staging, open houses every week , negotiations, all paper works & much more and sold my home for higher price than I was expecting. I fully recommend him to anyone who wants a great agent and wants to save few thousands of dollars.
Description of Work: Provided full service as my listing agent and charged only 1% listing fees compare to other agents that charge 3%. As a result I saved more than $11,000 in commission fees.

I was able to buy this home below market value for only $120,000 . Lee helped me to save thousands of dollars as far as remolding this home . He is also Appliance & Electronic Dealer & helped me to save lots of money upgrading all appliances in my homes. Description of Work: Lee Tayebi helped me to find my dream home in city of Federal way & negotiated a super deal. Because of his tremendous knowledge , I was able to buy the home at $245,000 and the home worth's now $465,000 according to zillow. This was the second house that I had purchased with his help. Lee also gave me at Escrow thousands of dollars from his own commission which was paid to him by the seller . ( most agents do not share their commission at all as I checked with many other agents ) .
