Job was to resurface approx 400 sq.ft. of outdoor deck with Gaco coating, replace 3 joists, and a couple pieces of decking. The crew began job ok but almost immediately ran into problems. after application of product, numerous areas failed to adhere to decking, creating large bubbles, resulting in terrible appearance, failure to provide waterproof integrity, and appearing as though obvious failure to properly apply product. This all been going on for almost a full year. The owner always has "other jobs" for his crew, and unable to return to work on fixing the problems. I believe this job should have been completed in just a very few days. We have gotten to the point where owner does not return calls or Emails though he was paid cash for the completion of the entire project. with just a couple exceptions, crew seem inexperienced, unprofessional, and unable to properly finish projects. To this day, the deck is still unfinished, still shows air bubbles under the surface, and finish work incomplete. I would NOT recommend this company!!!
