The last computer we bought was over 10 years ago, so needless to say, things had changed. We contacted Keith with lots of questions. He asked us questions to determine what we needed a computer to do and recommended a particular computer (Dell) that was in our price range along with his take on software and operating systems, what we needed and what we probably didn't need. We went with his recommendation, and now over a year later are extremely pleased with our computer. He loaded the computer with all the software we needed and removed the "extra" software that we didn't need that usually comes with a OEM purchase. He took all of the old information off of our old computer (and laptop) and put it on our new one. Also helped us set up our wireless router, webcams. About 6 months ago, we did have to contact him about a virus that we think our daughter might have inadvertantly downloaded and he was able to tie-in to our computer remotely and remove the virus. THIS GUY IS a REAL FIND and well worth the price. He really knows what he is doing.
