Description of Work: I needed to have a torchere lamp rewired. They told me that it would be 3 weeks as they were too busy. It became 2 months. I moved out of King County in the interim, had to make a special trip back to Bellevue just to get the lamp. Somewhat rude when I would call to check, acted annoyed that I questioned the delays, and generally behaved like they couldn't have cared less. The Seattle store has more customer oriented staff although they are always very busy (read, you wait a lot to be helped), and it is difficult to find a parking space in the neighborhood.

Description of Work: Attactive lighting store with repair service. Lots of stained glass and other stylish fixtures. I only needed two shades . The total was $100.00! Parking can be a challenge.
