I am now a proud homeowner, thanks to Jay. Although I've previously owned a home, it has been a long time and this was my first time going through the process on my own. By working with Jay, I wasn't really doing it alone. Having known Jay for 20 years, I can vouch for his knowledge and his integrity; before he was an agent, real estate was his hobby. Jay could answer any question because he most likely experienced it himself. He researched every property that might have interested me and followed up where more information was needed. He offered suggestions and insight if I was confused or unsure, with an open and unbiased perspective. I'm glad I had Jay with me for this important decision.
