I recently bought a duplex in Seattle and was looking to remodel the place before I move in. I received an estimate from a couple of independent contractor but my real estate agent referred me to J&A remodeling. The owner Jemal arrived promptly at the place and gave an estimate within my budget, I asked him his expertise some of the areas I wasn’t sure what should be done. Working with J&A was a great experience from start to finish. I was very busy with my regular job and wasn’t at site during entire process but Jemal assure me he will be on the top of everything. His team are excellent and work well together as a team, they finish the job on time and I was happy for the outcome.

They were prompt and ontime. The workers were considerate and friendly and worked hard. The bathroom came out very nice and I am pleased with the results. The only complaint I had was with the grout in the tile finish. It wasn't wiped enough and left an uneven grout line that was very thick. They had to come back several time to fix it and get it right, but they were willing to do that.

Jemal and his crew were wonderful to work with. From start to finish they were responsive to all questions and concerns. They cleaned up after themselves before they left every night. They worked long hard hours with no complaints. I felt very comfortable giving them a key to our house and allowing them to let themselves in to work while me and my husband were away at work. They are more than accomidating to make sure the customer is happy with the job they are doing If something isn't right they make every effort to explain and correct it. We had received approx 6 bids from various companies for this work and Jemal's was by far the best. After going through a nightmare rennovation of another section of our home after a tree fell on it we were worried and not really trusting of contractors but Jemal has completely restored our faith! We would not hesitate to hire them again and plan to do so when it comes time to remodel our kitchen.

Overall the workman did a great job. I think we only had a problem with scheduling and communication at the beginning. But we have no complaints regarding the job itself or the price quoted.

They did have a coupon and that was the reason that I called them. I had a great experience with them. They were very responsive. They got out here within two days to give me the quote. The guy who came here was very nice. I actually ended up going with another contractor that my friend referred me whom she works with.

It took a little longer than I expected. Once started it was like they were in very careful in everything they did. It being the main bathroom it became a inconvience which nobody had control of. Understandable. I appreciated them asking our input in some things that where being done. The finished job we were very happy with and happy to have our bathroom back :) Nice work overall.

When remodeling as older house you are bound to run into some glitches. Our original design had to be altered because of positioning of piping and vents beneath the floor but J &.A Remodel made suggestions and adapted to revised plan. We also encountered electrical challenges because of the older system and design that was in the house. A licensed electrician was brought in and solved the problem. My husband is very detailed and hard to please when it comes to workmanship but he was very pleased with the skill and professionalism of the company. I love my newly remodeled bathroom. Only one regret, wished we had done it earlier. We highly recommend J & A Remodeling

Jemal and company did a really great job remodeling my kids' bathroom. The end result is beautiful. Overall experience was excellent.

It went very well! Jemal, Zeaid, and company were GREAT to work with! They were very responsive, creative, accommodating, hard-working, and genuine. Like with any major project, there were surprises that arose that changed our original plan (stores being unexpectedly closed, being out of stock, etc.). There was a plumbing issue that arose and cost an extra day. They ended up unexpectedly upgrading some of the pipes, etc., and were interested in quality of work behind the scenes, rather than just what would be visible. We were operating on a tight time frame (one week), as I had someone new moving into the house, who would be using the bathroom. But we were able to brainstorm and work together as a cohesive team to complete the project to my liking while accommodating restrictions. Right away and throughout the entire project, Jemal was very communicative, attentive, and ensured I was happy each step along the way. Zeaid paid careful attention to detail, to ensure quality and accuracy. They worked long hours, and kept a good attitude. They also took great care of the rest of my place, put down lots of drop cloths and were very neat and organized in how they worked. The bathroom turned out BEAUTIFULLY! It took awhile for me to find tile and fixtures I liked, but it all came together. I am really happy with the work. There have been a couple hiccups since completion, but again, Jemal and team have been very responsive to make sure everything is done right. Jemal sprang to have my carpet cleaned in the area they'd worked outside the bathroom, even though they put down drop cloths, just to ensure everything was left in excellent condition. I have other projects and would use them again.

He has a great level of communication, he updated us the status of the work every day and respected our privacy at all times. He went out of his way to do the work while we were at work when got home we found our house very clean as if there was no construction at all. We were frustrated by the previous contractor but J&A Remodeling gave us the pleasure to enjoy our home again. J&A completed the work efficiently with less cost comparing to other contractors. We will defiantly use him again

The job was great! Adem came in and did an inspection of the property, took notes, and told us he could do the job. We told him what our budget was and that we needed it to be done in 5 days. He said that would be no problem and included it in our contract. The guys showed up and got the job done in the time frame they set and for the price we set. Usually, I didn't even know they were there working on it and before I knew it, they were done! They were professional and the bathroom looks great! I would definitely use J&A again.
