Description of Work: Jack's team spent two weeks in our home removing wallpaper and painting almost every room, millwork and interior doors. They were reliable, professional and courteous. We are thrilled with the results! If we ever need this service again, we will call them first!

Description of Work: I bought an advertised wallpaper removal. I was told it could take more than the amount of time that I had purchased. I was given a price per hour and a general estimate of how long it might take. I needed to remove wallpaper from one bedroom with high ceilings, a bathroom border and a wall photo from another bedroom. After the wallpaper removal, I asked for a quote for painting the same rooms. They were able to paint right away. There were several touch ups that needed to be done. If they had brought lights to light up the corners and trim, less time might have been spent. There was was an issue with being on time, proper coverage of furniture and clean up. I was offered a discount on the final price. They were friendly and responsive.

Description of Work: We had 2 bathrooms that were covered in 25yr old, would not budge, wallpaper. The master bathroom had been painted over the wallpaper. Andrey was the general mgr. and Juan was our professional remover. We could not have been happier. Our contractor is as slow as a turtle, however, Jack's worked around their schedule even coming out on a Sat. and Sun. no extra charge. Not only did they remove the wallpaper, they textured the walls. The one bathroom was a powder room, somewhat small, making the texture process even harder. They primed the walls and made sure everything was perfect. When the job was done, Jack came out to inspect the work. This is a first class company!

Description of Work: I had the exterior of my house painted 3 times (the first when I purchased the home, the second when I had 1300 sq ft two story addition added on and just recently with Jack's Ever Green Painting). I have to say that by far, the service provided by Jack's was fantastic. The workmanship / quality was great with every detail done well. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism and work ethic of the team, the way they took care of my property during and at clean up time.

Description of Work: Showed up as requested, very knowledgeable. Decided on other contractor that could also do remodel of bathroom and carpeting.

Description of Work: The worker spend one whole day removing two layers of wall paper (including one layer of vinyl wallpaper) and prepared the wall with mud for painting. We accepted their bid for painting. After the mud dried, the painter came. He sanded the walls, gave a base coat and two coats of paint, including the skylight well. They were hard workers, conscientious, and cleaned up well. It looks like a new bathroom! We would hire them again.

Description of Work: The Angie's List Big Deal for this company was described as "$99 for 4 Hours of Drywall/Plaster Repair!" After calling the company several times, I was told they did not actually do plastering. They said they had no problem with me getting my $99 back from Angie's List, which I would like to do. Although I had some trouble reaching them initially, once we made contact their service was excellent. They called several times to confirm a date and time and Jonathan, the worker, arrived a little before the scheduled 7:30 a.m. time. He was able to strip the wall paper off two bathrooms and part of a bedroom in the 8 hours I had purchased. The finished product is very clean and ready for the next step of painting. I was very pleased with the work done and will contract with them to do additional work.

Description of Work: Repair drywall after some electrical work done in our home. The two hours didn't cover all the work we needed. I think if they'd have sold less deals, maybe they would have offered to finish at the market price but the core work was done and appears to be done well.

I contacted him in February to say I would need his service in July, contacted him in July to give him a timeline (both by email), asked a family member to call when I was out of town (he did not reach him ... left no message). HE NEVER RESPONDED. I realize I should have continued to call rather than just email, but if he had a legitimate email address he should have responded. HIS business, HIS responsibility to provide the service he contracted with you. I have been on vacation, had company, been ill and have not had the time to follow up on this so I am grateful for your request for input. Perhaps you can give me the avenue I should take to pursue this further. Thank you.

Description of Work: Full exterior painting of 2500sq ft 2-story home. Very good prep work - power washing, sanding, scraping and priming. High grade of Sherwin Williams paint expertly applied after proper prepping. House looks like new.
