They did a wonderful job reupholstering our dining room chairs. They even had them ready before Thanksgiving, which was a bonus for us.

They picked up our furniture at the date and time promised, and delivered the re-upholstered furniture earlier than promised. The work was absolutely first-rate.

The selection of fabrics was vast. The owner was very helpful in providing information to help us make the right selection. The original upholstery was Ultra-Leather that came at a very high per yard cost. We selected a recycled leather with a very nice finish, durability, and a third of the cost. We were able to dismantle the dinette and deliver the seven pieces to the shop. Through no fault of the owner, the upholstery was back ordered so the completion took longer than originally planned. They worked with the upholstery provider to have it air shipped when it was available and covered the additional cost. In the process or reassembling the pieces there was an alignment issue with the way one of the pieces was reattached to a supporting board. We returned the piece to the shop and they immediately made an adjustment to correct the problem. We are very pleased with the results. Their prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent. The owners are responsive and very helpful.

THIS PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE, BUT 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE COULD BE SCHEDULED IN. THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO DISCUSS THE EXACT DETAILS DESIRED ON THE DAY THEY PICKED UP THE SOFA. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE NEW LOOK AND COMFORT OF THE NEW CUSHIONS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD, THE MATERIAL WAS A STRIPE, THEY MATCHED EVERYTHING VERY WELL. I FELT WE HAD A NEW CUSTOM SOFA.

IT'S BOUT TIME UPHOSTERY HAS DONE ALL OF MY REUPHOLSTERING FOR YEARS. THEY ALWAYS DO HIGH QUALITY WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ALSO HAVE MADE PILLOWS, WINDOW SEAT CUSHIONS AND REPAIRED VARIOUS PIECES OF FURNITURE.
