I am very pleased with their work. I took my computer to them and they got it working in about 20 minutes on the scene. It wasn?t a big problem but it was a problem in that I didn?t know how to fix it. The price seemed reasonable and they seemed to know what they were doing.
Description of Work: Computer Stop worked on my laptop when it stopped working.

WE HAD A GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE. OUR TECHNICIAN, BRIAN, WAS HELPFUL AND PATIENT IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO US. THE OVERALL COST WAS LESS THAN WE EXPECTED, AND WE HAD THE COMPUTER BACK IN 24 HOURS. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED THINGS IN LAYMANS TERMS SO WE UNDERSTOOD. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER HAD CRASHED AND WE TOOK IT THERE TO SEE IF THE LOST DATA COULD BE RECOVERED. ALTHOUGH THE DATA ENDED UP BEING LOST, THEY PERFORMED OTHER MAINTENANCE ON THE MACHINE TO HELP IT RUN AND PERFORM BETTER FOR US. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, AND HAD IT BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS.
