+ -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS AND THEIR FLEXIBILITY IN ALLOWING US TO CUSTOMIZE THE PC. THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR OUR HOME AND WORK AND WE HAVE STOPPED IN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND ASKED QUESTIONS, RECEIVED ADVICE ON OTHER HOME TECHNOLOGY MATTERS.
Description of Work: BUILT US A CUSTOMIZED PC FOR THE FAMILY WEB USE. CONTAINED AN AMD ATHLON PROCESSOR AND EXTENDED MEMORY AND RAM FOR SPEED ETC.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED THEM FIRST TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO THE SPECS THAT I WANTED DONE. WHEN WE GOT THEIR ESTIMATE I CALLED AROUND AND THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE AND WE HAD WORK DONE BY THEM BEFORE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: WE WENT TO THEM AND GOT AN ESTIMATE AND THEN HAD THEM CUSTOM BUILD A PERSONAL COMPUTER FOR US.

+ -1 moreI WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK FOR THE PROVIDER TO GET TO THE COMPUTER (SOME 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS). AN ADDITIONAL FEE WOULD HAVE BEEN REQUIRED FOR THE LAPTOP TO BE EVALUATED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BEING BROUGHT IN FOR SERVICE. THE ACTUAL WORK TOOK LITTLE TIME, AND GOT THE COMPUTER WORKING.
Description of Work: MY LAPTOP HAD A BLUE SCREEN. THE WORK WAS TO FIX THE COMPUTER. HARD DRIVES NW WAS ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER OPERATING AGAIN. THEY FELT THAT A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM NEEDED INSTALLING, SO THEY INSTALLED IT, ALTHOUGH IT DID WIPE OUT EVERYTHING THAT HAD BEEN ON COMPUTER. (WE EXPECTED THIS.) THE LAPTOP STILL HAS PROBLEMS, BUT AT LEAST IT IS FUNCTIONAL.
