Excellent. They were on time, and went right to work upon arrival. I would hire them again.

We called and got a response quickly and an appointment for the next day. Sonny arrived and quickly replaced the faulty outdoor faucet, welding the new one in place, all in 40 minutes. He then gave us a free plumbing inspection of the fixtures in our house! Very professional and responsive.

I called GHP to quote my bathroom remodel on recommendation from a friend. I also called 5 other plumbers to quote. GHP was the ONLY company that provided an honest and reasonable price. They reassured me that the reason the other companies' prices were so much higher was that they were simply trying to upsell and get me to pay for work that was not necessary. In less than a day, GHP installed new drain/vent pipe and supply lines for the upstairs bathroom shower/toilet/vanity that tied into existing downstairs plumbing perfectly. I'm using a Wedi shower pan so the position of the shower drain pipe needed to be perfect and they got it positioned dead on. Another thing I appreciated was that they took the initiative to consult the city inspector PRIOR to starting their work to get buy off on their plan, so when it came time for inspection everything was approved. GHP plumbers are knowledgeable, honest, fair, skilled, and fast. What more can you ask for?

Good. Sonny was very professional, informative, and provided options. Clean, efficient, pleasant. Everything works well. New Toto toilet guaranteed for 3 yrs. I purchased bathroom sink faucet appliance ahead of time to have the model we preferred. I had to put the price at "B" not because GHP's prices per se, but because I calculate labor costs at $250+/hr, which seems to be the market price - roughly what a surgeon makes. Nonetheless it is not advised to DIY with plumbing. I will definitely hire GHP again in the future!

Green House Plumbing was great to work with. I called and they were very responsive and able to schedule a same day service quote estimate. I felt like I was a valued customer. Good quality of work and courteous service. I had some questions about options for a replacement and he addressed all of my questions and was able to demonstrate his knowledge and expertise. Overall, I felt confident in his abilities and his suggestions. We had our water heater replaced without issue. The price seemed fair and reasonable to me for the work that was required and the replacement water heater itself. He suggested replacing the expansion tanks as well and I agreed. I would highly recommend them and I'm happy to support a local small business.

Very prompt and efficient. Problem solved; undersink plumbing layout improved; and another small problem in a bathroom was fixed. Service performed on a holiday when I was having trouble finding someone to come out.

I called the company around 9:30am for an appointment. I was extremely lucky they had an appointment opening at 11:00am. Both technicians came right on time. They examined the issue and gave me a fair estimate. They are very friendly and professional. The job was done great and they cleaned up nicely after they finished.

Whenever I must have a home repair I will only seek out a family business and one that is not a nation wide corporation where all personal one-on-one contact is lacking. This is precisely why I chose to work with Green House Plumbing. Even though the goal of any business is to make a profit, sometimes goodwill goes a long way, and is worth more than the dollar. Navid, who is the owner of the family owned Green House Plumbing, arrived at my home today, as well as, Sonny. I explained the problem in a clear concise way. I explained: "Out of the blue," the kitchen sink gooseneck started to "jump" whenever I turned on either the hot or cold water. This made no sense especially since less than 4 years ago a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) was installed on my side of the water meter to regulate how much water pressure would be on the line. After approximately 10 minutes, at most, Navid found the problem and actually, there was no problem at all. Simply due to pressing the sinks spray hose push knob, and going from the hose to the either the hot or cold water, the gooseneck pipe would jump leading one to consider a hammering type symptom. Not only did Green House come to my home "on their dime," no costs were involved. How often does this occur? The answer is rarely, but due to the way I was treated, and how Navid had shown there was no problem at all, I cancelled all the other plumber appointments I had scheduled and I did not incur any charge. In the world we now find ourselves living, long gone is a handshake between people. Actions define a person's moral compass - their integrity. Green House Plumbing defines someone with integrity and treats their customers fairly. This is why, should there be any future problems (hopefully none,) Navid will be the only person I contact. My mother had a change of mind, however, I think it's important to let you know they were quick to respond to my message...within 5 mins., which surprised me. I believe that sets the tone of their professionalism. Should things change with my mother I would definately followup with them and bring them in for an estimate. Joanne

Green House plumbing and Omid( who I previously called a reluctant plumber) totally redeemed himself and his company. He had come a week ago to clean out my sewer,and both he and I thought he had succeeded. However,a day after the job it reclogged. I called Green House to return and finish the job. Omid returned and we negotiated what needed to be done and the cost.Omid clearly knows his job very well and I listened to his suggestions and I felt he listened to me.He said he would use the camera to understand the problem and charge me for that,but not for additional roto rootering. I felt that was fair,and he wound up spending two hours getting the sewer line clear with his sectional machine that works much better than the usual cable rooters. He did a very thorough job and was very pleasant to talk with as we got to know each other and he explained what he was doing.The drain had a huge amount of roots and Omid carefully and completely removed them. Then to my surprise he said he would NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE. WOW! I tried to pay him and he said no. Omid is a gentleman and a scholar and I wish I could repay him. I guess sharing my excellent experience is the best I can do. Thank you Omid.

This was the most reluctant plumber I have ever met. I have lived in this old house for 38 years and had 10 rotor rooter clean outs done. I explained what needed to be done and the plumber said he was nervous and it was wrong and he shouldn't do it. I insisted and in 5 minutes the drain gushed open. When the snake was removed it was covered with roots. The cost was an excessive $365 . He was reluctant to take the Angie's list coupon until printed out and shown . Green house will not give an estimate till at the job site,and then only a flat rate for the job.Fischer plumbing charges by time and would have been half the price. It feels like you are over a barrel when you can't use your water and toilet and it would take hours or days to find another plumber.

Out of all of the plumbers I contacted, only Green House Plumbing actually came out to my house and gave me a no cost estimate. They were also considerably cheaper than other companies. GHP arrived on time for the estimate and arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were done in slightly less time than they had estimated. He took time to explain what had been done.

I called on Saturday morning to see if they had availability that same day, and they said the first available time was Monday. Green House called back a few minutes later to let me know some time had opened up a few hours later. Navid called to let me know he could come even earlier (worked perfectly for us!), quickly replaced the faulty valve and was very courteous of our sleeping baby upstairs. Good work done fast at a good price!

finding parts required several trips which slowed down the repair but did not affect their enthusiasm.

It had all the earmarks of a disaster, but Navid methodically and patiently did everything necessary to work toward a solution. He spent hours longer than originally expected, crawled under the house multiple times, made an extra trip to get a camera to locate the end of the snake, dug out the line, sawed it open then sealed it back up, and eventually freed up the snake. He charged me only the original agreed upon price. He's a good man who is customer-oriented in a tough business.

I ask for a estimate for repairing gas leak detected by gas company's warning tag. The tag is missing, but I have told them the gas company has identified it is my pipe's problem. The agent tell me he needs to do a quick gas leak checking, which will charge me $159(may be another number), I think it is ridiculous. He said he will use the detector walk around to find which pipe is required to replace and takes minutes. So I refused it and asked him how much to replace the pipe, most important, I tell him which pipe I want to replace. He said he will charge me $69 for the estimate based my solution. He even don't know what the root problem and haven't give me any solution, but he try to charge me a estimate based on my solution.

Very well. It was a challenging project because the clog was very far down the pipe. Omid worked hard and fast and made sure the clog was completely gone.

Got an estimate for $400-500 for a job that takes 1-1.5 hours. When asked what they charge per hour and what how price calculated got no answer. I should have become a plumber if they have these type of rates.

I thought they were helpful and good at what they did. they showed me what some of the issues were with my furnace and what might need to be repairs. They gave me ideas about if I were to replace my furnace and thinking that I should think about getting a heat pump, and I didn't know what a heat pump was, so they tried to explain, but due to some language issues, they suggested that I do some research online and get some good information that way, so I did.

These guys were great. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They even extended a better coupon than the one offered through Angie's list!

With Green House I felt respected, spoken with (not to), and educated on the particulars of my older (1962) home. Green House no only gave the most sensible price, quote, Odan also spent time showing me several aspects of my heating system that others (including big names/high ratings around Kirkland, here on Angie's List) never spoke to. He included a prioritized list of things we could do, including making a distinction between what needed to be done and what would be nice to do. I researched all the brands and parts he was recommending and all have high ratings & reliability measures. The bigger companies only wanted to do much larger system renovations, a couple including heat pumps - which don't make sense for my square footage and current duct work - and their quotes ran between $9k and $13k. Green House completed the job for under $5k.

Went ok. Immediately mentioned it cannot be repaired so need a replacement. Installed a new unit. Overall think $533 was a bit much for this (took him 5 minutes to install so not sure what per hour labor rates he charges). Would have been cheaper buying unit on my own and asking Amazon Home Services to come and install ($140 to install, part costs ~$100-$200).

great. difficult problems but great solutions

I called at about 8am and they were able to schedule me for 1pm same day and said I would get a call about 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm. I actually received the call around 11 am and the tech said that they had finished up the prior job a little early and they could come earlier if I would prefer (absolutely). They showed up by 11:30am, we walked through the issue and I showed them around. After a quick explanation of what they would do and a quote, they went right to work, laid down protective floor coverings and took care of things exactly as planned. They had to remove some fixtures and replaced everything clean and tidy. Very professional, courteous and reliable. I will definitely use these guys again.
